I call ahead because they’re not fast food they’re made to order and I was going thru the drive thru.I order 6 egg rolls they were ready when I got there and it was piping hot and oh so good.Customer service a little lack luster but the egg rolls are good.

I’ve been visiting Sake Express since 1997 the food has changed and the atmosphere has changed as well.You used to can dine in. They had a large fish tank and it was beautiful. But of course we all know nothing never stays the same anymore. I really don’t have anything good or bad to say about this restaurant. Just it is Eatable if you’re hungry.

Still can’t go inside but the hibachi steak is great. Decent quality steak, sweet carrot perfection and their sauce is fantastic. The meal is enough for two people but I ate it all like a fat kid. It’s drive thru only right now because of covid19.

The biggest reason this is getting 4 stars and not less is all because of the waitress/cook/server/ most hospitable person in that entire building Kate. Not only did she take my order, but also cooked it, and brought it out to me while her coworkers and I’m assuming owners all just stood around laughing and talking. She checked up on me and made sure it was an enjoyable all around experience. Her service alone deserves 5+ stars and if she isnt paid an exceptional wage, she should be. To be clear I dont know anyone at the restaurant and was simply in awe that such great customer service is still around nowadays.

This place isn’t anything fancy, but I ❤ it. The sweet carrots are worth the trip! Staff is friendly, food is good and hot. You can call ahead, and pick up in the drive-thru. Prices aren’t too bad for what you get!
