For a small town at its price point this place punches well above its weight. Staff is friendly and helpful but lacking experience. Food is good and tasty however timing and coordination of bringing your food out between the hot kitchen and the sushi bar is lacking. When a table is ordering appetizers care should be made to make sure that the appetizer makes it to the table in plenty of time before the main meal not with it. We get around this by ordering the appetizer and then taking our time to decide what we actually want to order for our main meal. The decor is lacking however they have been taking steps to improve it. Overall we will be back we enjoy this place a lot.

Went in this evening to eat with my fiance. We have been here before and it was good. I will not eat here again after tonight though. Our waitress was the worst! She came over got our drink order brought us our drinks and said she would be back to get our food order, she proceeded to take a customers order that came in after us and brought them their food before realizing she hadn’t gotten our order. She came to take our order after about 45 minutes of waiting and said “I’m sorry I forgot I have adhd” then took our order I asked for a straw because there was one missing from the silverware and she said ok. She didn’t return until she brought our clear soup and salad still no straw then she came back another 20 minutes later with our entree I had to ask for yum yum sauce knowing I probably wouldn’t get it my fiance had to get up and go ask after atleast another 15 minutes (my food was cold by time I got it) no drink refills this whole time even though they were empty. If this place is to thrive in the future they need better staff and to brighten the inside up its very dark and old dreary looking but this waitress shouldn’t be a waitress. The food was mediocre at best the chicken was very dry and they gave me a very small portion of filet mignon compared to the portion of dry chicken. The hibachi food truck up the road is 100 times better. It’s what this place used to be I don’t know what happened. Save your TIME and money!

I was so hopeful, but disappointed in a few ways… cleanliness, promptness, and was actually expecting hibachi at the tables. Food prep was slow, I’d call it good, but not great. The price for the area seems high, but not uncommon for fresh hibachi food. To be fair I should give them another try and if I do I will revise this review.

The food was not very good by any means. The starter soup and saled were average. Main course was not worth the money however. The chicken was large chewy dry chunks with teriyaki sauce that seemed more oily than sweet. Fried rice was nowhere close to fried rice. Was pretty much rice with some egg in it. The vegetables were mediocre.
