Sakuma is timeless. I have been coming here for 10 years and everything is the same – the proficient service and the super fresh fish. I think the prices have barely moved too! Great nigiri sushi worth driving 2 hours for. No joke!

My husband and I shared the vegetable tempura appetizer, and each ordered a shirts shirashi bowl. That comes with salad and soup. Both are delicious; the salad crisp with their lovely dressing, and the soup piping hot. The appetizer was yummy, and, as always, the shirashi was fresh and stunning. The bowl was colorful and as pleasing to the eye as the flavor was on my tongue.
