Dined here for a spontaneous date night during the week. We sat at the bar. Service was prompt and friendly. Sitting at the bar is in my opinion a better environment for a date. Bartenders do not know how to make many different drinks like a Moscow Mule, but a decent selection of alcoholic drinks.

The hibachi is SO good! Chicken hibachi dinner is my go to and I’m never disappointed. The price is reasonable and the service is always 100%. You can either watch them prepare your hibachi with a group or you can just order at a regular table which is faster. I also really enjoy the fruit dessert “sushi” rolls. The kids also love them and enjoy learning to use chopsticks. Very great family restaurant for something a bit different.

My boyfriend and i went out for his birthday dinner & we both got hibachi. He ordered 2 pieces of tuna sushi and we ended up getting two entire rolls. This was my first time ever trying tuna sushi and he told me it shouldn’t be as warm as it was. A few hours after we ate we both started feeling awful and having symptoms of food poisoning. (Mind you this is all we pretty much ate and we both had almost the same thing.) Our symptoms lasted us each 3 days of pretty intense pain and issues that don’t need to be further discussed. We each took to go boxes home and threw easily $100 of food away (as our bill was $150). Being a chef I know that rice holds A LOT of harmful bacteria if not held correctly & that it only takes two people to report an illness for it to be inspected as a food borne illness. Very very dissatisfied with this place & we will not be spending money here again, especially since we don’t mind spending money on good food. Disappointing to say the least.

The staff was super friendly. They were very accommodating as well. They didn’t rush us to leave as we sat there talking. Food was awesome as well. I recommend the volcano roll and the hot girl roll.

It was during the week, so that might have contributed to my experience. The food was okay. The steak was grilled to my preference, but there was something off tasting about the shrimp that I couldn’t put my finger on. For as slow as it was, service seemed to be a little on the slower side as well. They had a disfunction with their card reader and took about 20-30 minutes just to pay my bill. Overall decent experience, and would be willing to try again if I’m ever up there.

Mediocre food quality and slow service with a price tag far too large for what it is. Had 2 rolls of sushi, which were very small compared to most sushi, and although it wasn’t bad, it wasn’t anything to write home about. Girlfriend got chicken teriyaki which just tasted like chicken in soy sauce. Server left us sitting a long time especially considering the lack of a crowd there was. Would not recommend.
