It’s back baby! An excellent experience for a date or family dinner. Food is great and the place is welcoming. I reccomended the NY strip steak hibachi, medium rare is my favorite but how you take your steak is up to you.

Love this place! I have tried a lot of the hibachi restaurants in and around Columbus. This one has reopened. Quick service, fresh food and amazing people who work here. Love their spring rolls! Wish more people would come out and see this place!

I took a senior community group there for lunch today. They had the best time. The chef was charismatic, engaging, and put on a great show while preparing some amazing food. But, the show stopper was definitely the sushi and spring rolls! The Hilliard roll was something you would never expect and the sushi with eel(can’t remember the name) so delicious.

Our hibachi filet mignon and shrimp was delicious. There were a couple of shrimp that weren’t fully deveined and we were not a fan of the yum yum sauce (it was not yummy). The sushi was not the best, I’ve had better from a local grocery store. The veggies in the spring rolls were mushy. The crab ragoons were delicious and we enjoyed the side salad and dressing!

Incredibly fresh and delicious! I got the scallops and my partner got the chicken and strip steak combo. Our server forgot our edamame but so did we so no harm. Definitely will come back again.

I left a plate of food ($27-worth) on the table. THE WORST hibachi meal ever. The rice and vegetables were so over salted and sauced, they were inedible. I asked for my filet rare, and not even a hint of pink could be found. There are other good options close by, so save your money. So disappointing. A table mate asked for her meat medium well, and when she questioned the chef, he said, “I thought you said medium-rare…my bad.” No offer to make it right. The fact that ours was the only occupied table at 12:45 on a Saturday should have been a clue.

Randomly decided to stop in tonight and realized it wasn’t Daruma anymore. We’ve never been until tonight but we are so glad we stopped in! Staff is awesome and so friendly and the food is amazing! We will definitely be back 🙂 We found our new Hibachi place!
