Got a takeout/delivery. Food was not as expected. Very gooey bang bang shrimp. Whoever made that left out some starch or the like. The Lover Roll was also gooey w/what seems as very overcooked rice. The Salem Spirit app roll was excellent!

Service was quick and friendly, food tasted great! The fried cheesecake is especially wonderful, it almost had a banana taste and the fried crust was so crispy and good. Lunch menu portions were generous as well.

First time and definitely not the last time going, we got a sushi platter with 6 different sushi rolls giving a taste of different varieties, for appetizer we got spring rolls that were very fresh and quality was surpassing our expectation . 4 stars for the food. I was impressed by the sushi freshness. I ordered chicken Ramen and it came on a massive bowl. Definitely a meal in and of itself. The sushi menu is complex and interesting for those of you who really enjoy a big selection.
