Although the lady at the drive thru was pleasant I’m very disappointed with my food preparation. I order a Buffalo wrap. The wrap wasn’t wrapped tight or cut in half.i took 1 bite and all the filling fell out on my clothes. Buffalo sauce chicken lettuce everything. Ugh not going to lie I was pissed. Visit 9/2/23 around 5:10pm

Nice concept but needs work on freshness. Red onions were loud and cucumbers not great. Ordered 3 salads one with no meat. They still put chicken on it. Like another reviewer mentioned the dressing pack inside the bowl not the best idea. Leave it in the bag or tape it to top of bowl. Also they need to label the bowls to prevent mix ups. I will say however that the customer service was spot on. I realize they are still working out the kinks for a new spot. They gained an extra star for friendliness.

I paid for an up charge to add steak and they gave me chicken. also it’s not a good idea to put the salad dressing pack in the salad. Cross contamination. Not sure where the pack was before putting it in with the food. I’m salad dressing pack in the food. I didn’t think I need to review my order before pulling off. Tried to call them but I have to send an email to there support center.

My salad was a chicken wrap. Good Flatbread (coconut flour?) But it was soggy. Some of my greens were limp, turning brownish. Other ingredients weren’t fresh produce. It had a lot of corn that I don’t think was listed on menu. I can’t eat it, and wouldn’t have ordered if corn listed on outside menu. First time here and probably won’t be back. My husband said his identical beef wrap was fine. I was worried I would get sick. Fortunately, I didn’t. If you’re sensitive about digesting certain vegetables, don’t go here.

Food is good however, I’ve noticed that the wait time ever since they started has gotten extremely long. Was the second car in the drive thru today and have been waiting for literally 12 minutes….

I’m so glad Salad and Go is here in this location! I’ve been going pretty often. I love the chicken Caesar wrap. I love that is has croutons! And shaved Parmesan. I’ve had 2 Caesar wraps at sit down restaurants recently that were half as good at twice the price. The employees are always sweet & friendly, too.

I ordered here despite the review photos of wilted lettuce and I have to say that my salad was crisp and fresh. I ordered the Cobb salad with blue cheese dressing and tofu and am more than satisfied! I absolutely love the idea of healthy fast food and this place has my 100% support.

Used to love this place but husband and I got food poisoning yesterday. The only thing we ate yesterday before getting sick was the autumn harvest salad. Why not just put the dressing packet out in the bag? Instead of inside the salad. Cross contamination. Sad to say we won’t be coming back.

Something to consider when launching a new business is to be open and actually take care of customers on posted business hours. We rushed to make it here tonight before 9pm based off posted business hours and stood in the drive through order screen for 3-4 minutes at 8:50pm, then we thought it might not be working so we drive to the pick up window. From this spot, we witnessed a gentlemen sitting in the corner of the kitchen… I guess employees can close when their “done” for the day. Beats me. But what a great way to grow a business and show dependability and access to food during open business hours. Not cool.

So glad this place finally opened. The salads are great portions and reasonably priced. The soup was okay – it didn’t have much substance to it. Maybe I got the bottom of the pot? The frozen strawberry lemonade was delicious tho!
