I went to the salads go on Precinct line. I asked for two Cobb salads with two Ranch dressings in each one. I even reminded them when I got up to the front and I was talking to the guy that was giving me the order and I said this is two Ranch dressings and each one and he said yes absolutely and I get home and it’s one ranch dressing in each one and the thing is is the phone number that’s online no matter what prompt you hit it’s an automated thing and hangs up you can’t even reach anybody to complain. I love this place but if this is the service if there’s something wrong. I should have checked it but I said two Ranch dressings he assured me it was two Ranch dressings I should have checked it then to think that people know what they’re doing. Then you can’t even call and complain and it’s too far for me to go back and it’s 105 degrees. So if this is their service where you can’t even reach anybody to make a complaint I won’t be going here anymore

Wife and I were excited to try this place. The service was fine but the food was awful. I got the Greek salad and the wife got the Greek wrap. I was so disappointed. Wife didn’t finish even half of her wrap and I tossed most of mine in the rubbish. Too bad we really wanted it to be good.

I stopped by the other day to grab some breakfast. The workers there were very friendly and accommodating. The traditional breakfast burrito was delicious! I was amazed by the low prices and quality!! Can’t wait to go back and try more!

The service was horrible. We pre-ordered on the app. My husband went to pick it up @ the designated pickup window, was told “we’re busy, you have to go to the drive through line”. He waited 10 minutes just to pick our food up & the order was wrong, the type of salad wasn’t even correct! I’ve never had a problem with the NRH location, I won’t return until there are better reviews!
