Been to this location a few times now and have had the displeasure of ordering from an unnecessarily rude drive-thru operator. There was me and one other vehicle in the drive-thru and no one in the lot. Yet they somehow forgot what I had ordered when I got to the window. They quickly made our salad and sent us on our way. When we got home we realized our salad was missing the meat portions. What the heck.

I’m glad there’s a Salad and Go in the West Valley that is easier to get to than their Lower Buckeye location. Always a fan of their salads and lemonade. I will say that due to location the line and wait can be a bit long but that’s the price to pay for convenience.

It’s a Saturday morning – September 4th I rush knowing breakfast ends at 11am on Saturdar and Sunday. I’m in line at 10:55. 2 cars in front of me. Get up to order its 11:01 am. I explain to manager I was in line. NO GO manager says sorry. I have had the salads they are fantastic. Wished to try the breakfast burritos. Suggestion. Allow 5 minutes after closing time to serve breakfast, for those clients in line. Thank you

By far the worst location of Salad and Go; save yourself a headache and go to any other location. First experience the veg was frozen, Second time going I noticed they forgot all the extra ingredients I got charged for, and third and last time was today- when I got a half inch salad- requested they remake it and they just added a half handful of lettuce. Nothing like paying 8$ for basically a side salad

I get salads here all the time. Usually a cobb salad. This time there were these weird, twisted crunchy things in the salad. No idea what they were. Wasn’t even sure if it was actually food! I picked them out and threw them away. The rest of the salad was fine!
