Great value! Considering the inflation on food in the past two years, this place is great value for what you get. Also can choose as many toppings as you like in the salad price. I found the small size even generous portion. Clean place, nice atmosphere. Can dine in or outside option. Quality of ingredients was as expected.

This was our first time at Salata, and it definitely will not be our last!! What a great experience from the customer service to the fresh ingredients. I particularly enjoy and want to note the ability to sample before you place something on your salad. When I asked for suggestions, she quickly provided me with options but said please feel free to sample.

I wish I lived in Charlotte so that I could eat here more often! The food is fresh and vibrant, plenty of topping options. I was pleasantly surprised at the amount of dressing options as well. I had the pleasure of meeting the owner and he was kind and attentive which made me feel very seen during my dining experience. Do yourself a favor, take a stroll through the Mint Art Museum and then come eat a colorful meal from Salata 🙂
