The salads were delicious! There is so much variety and so much to choose from. It was my first visit, and I wish they would’ve been a little friendlier and helpful since I did mention it was my first time eating there. It just seemed like they were impatient and bothered. Salata restaurants provide the same food, no matter where you go. But my reason for giving a great review today is because of the daytime management and the staff. The Manager (I don’t remember his name) is always providing great service and he has assembled a great team around him. Annabelle, Minnie and others are always courteous, helpful, and smiling.

I am a frequent Salata customer, but I am extremely disappointed at the level of service provided by this location specifically! Two weeks in a row I ordered online, and my salad was missing several toppings three to be specific, and they were on the receipt as big as day. The first time the young lady that answered the phone corrected the issue immediately, by providing a refund and option of a courtesy salad. She stated they have new associates and it would be addressed. This time I got Ryan, whom said he was the manager. He questioned if my order which was placed online was incorrect because my husband was also ordering his own salad as he picked up mine. One had nothing to do with the next because again I ordered online. This is the only Salata that doesn’t greet you as you enter, and it’s like they count each topping they put on your salad. I will never order from this location again! I will stick to las Collins, or Arlington. As a manager of a bank I know what good customer service looks like, this isn’t it! The photo reflects what is supposed to be a regular salad, the container is empty! This is before I took one bite!

Food is what you make of it, and you can prepare your salad however you like! They have kale, lettuce, spinach, beets, carrots, pineapple, apples, blueberries, sun dried tomatoes, black beans, chicken, shrimp, turkey, and so much more. Oh and the dressings are unique and flavorful! I came out this way to go shopping, and was looking for a healthy option with flavor and this place definitely has exactly what I needed. Oh and bowl sizes are HUGE! I got the small and still thought it was possibly too big lol.
