Honestly I want to love this place but the management is such a mess it makes it not worth going. I just had an issue where the girl Madisyn overcharged me and said they would refund/get back to me since it was “the closing managers birthday” and no one was in charge. Mind you this was a Saturday around 5:30pm. It was impossible to get ahold of them later and they didn’t follow up. I kept calling them and their customer service to no avail. Now 4 days later I’m still calling and the manager who apparently knew about it struggled for 10 minutes and literally offered nothing to make up for my time and experience- he was dismissive and kept just repeating he was sorry enter canned customer reply. Please handle situations like this better! I still never received my overcharge refund.

i tried salata for the first time today and it is definetly the best salad i’ve ever had! there’s so many amazing options and it was absolutely delicious. the cookies were amazing aswell. i’ll definetly be making this my go to salad place!

I really like the idea of this place! The ingredients were very fresh, although chincey, and the prices weren’t too bad! The service wasn’t great but we enjoyed ourselves regardless. Would probably order again online and pick up to avoid interaction.

The salad is so fresh, but this place is expensive. The items they put on the salad (of your choosing) is very sparse including the meat. I went and paid $18.99 for a basic chicken salad.

I love Salata. This location has gotten much better lately. I can tell a difference in the quality of food and attitude of the service. It was never bad, but it seems to be even fresher and more enthusiastic.

Tried this place for takeout — incredible!! Fresh, huge, and delicious salads! So many toppings! Try the chipotle chicken and the jalapeño avocado dressing— so tasty and the right amount of spice. Croissants are delicious too.
