Salata is great! This new location is convenient for a quick, healthy bite while you’re out shopping. Like Subway without the bread but better. There are so many options to choose from! Several different areas loaded with vegetable and proteins. Get here early as the lines can get long at lunch rush hour.

Best dang salad, ever. Completely customizable, for the price of 10$, you can pretty much share it with someone or take half home.. everyone was super friendly and helpful. All calorie info was posted on the outside of the glass for those counting… total love.

The salad ingredients were all good, fresh and tasty… pricy but good. The lower stars are because the spouts, lines, or containers.. something for the tea weren’t clean. I waited tables for years so I know if you don’t TAKE IT APART to clean it everyday it builds sludge that grows bad bacteria and makes the tea taste bad. A couple of them were that way but I found one that wasn’t. I will try it again and hope it’s been fixed. I talked to the Mgr. Otherwise positive encounter.

This place has all of the right ingredients for my salad. Good flavor. The dining area and really the overall atmosphere there always feels like one of a hospital cafeteria. Really boring.

The food was good, but the young kids working there made things a bit harder. They need to know their products before running their mouths. The whole tipping thing is ridiculous and shouldn’t be asked for by the staff.

So I treat my wife to lunch today at your restaurant. The service was exceptional until we got to the cashier. Which I’m thinking she was the manager. We didn’t have any small bills on us so we decided to pay with 100 she looked at as crazy and went in her register and said that she did not have any thing to break it. Maybe we just spent $30 on salads so for her not to offer to go to the back and get change really irritates me. I was a manager at salado Way back in 2012 in Houston and I know this is not the customer service that they want people to experience.

The salad was awesomeness. A huge bowl of salad that hit the spot. A bit pricey for what it really is, and I wish they had more bread or pita chip options, but other than that, it was good. Don’t try cinnamon tea.

Just had a salad here 6/3/23 and found two pieces of plastic in my meal. Brought this to the managers attention and she seemed to recognize the plastic and said “sorry”. No credit for the meal or a future meal…just “sorry”. I won’t be returning.

Edit to add: I went to this location again after a while of not going and I was in line when I heard the manager threaten to fire the cashier. He said a joke about something being a fireable offense and since it was her first mistake she would lot be fired. The first time could’ve been a fluke but if you manager is joking about this and I’ve heard him twice I can’t imagine how old these “jokes” must get to the staff. Why would anyone want to come to work where even jokingly they are told their job is on the line in front of customers.
