I got the lunch special, which had a lot of food. I got angel hair pasta with meatballs. The marinara sauce was really good, and I liked the meatballs. The meatballs were big and probably handmade. I also liked the bread and house salad. Nice small mom and pop restaurant.

The service is great, friendly staff. The food was not up to my expectation. The pesto sauce was very flavorful but the red sauce fell flat. I might have hit them on an off day but it was not my favorite Italian restaurant.

My boyfriend and I have been traveling for over 14 hours and we’re STARVING. We searched high and wide for some authentic Italian food (balling on a budget) and came across this restaurant. The service was excellent and friendly. The hot food came out in a very fast, timely manner. We threw it down and left satisfied. Very much recommend.

Nice little restaurant. We had Seafood combo, Chicken Alfredo and Garlic bread mozzarella. Everything was delicious. The only thing I didn’t care for was the bread that came with the pasta, it wasn’t bad but tasted like pizza crust dough. My wife didn’t mind it. We’ll be going there again.

The food was good, but we ordered almost $90 worth of food for pickup, which included 3 pizzas and a sandwich. When I arrived, they only had 2 pizzas and a sandwich. When I asked if there were supposed to be 3 pizzas, they all said no, just 2 pizzas and a sandwich. (They didn’t give me a receipt either) When I called my husband to confirm that he did order 3, I went back in the store, and the guy behind the counter said, “we’re putting that in now.” With no apology. So I then waited for 15 more minutes for the 3rd pizza, all while the rest of our $70 worth of food got cold.

4.5 stars: Cute, little, counter order spot in McKinney. Looks like they do a good take out business. Their dinning room is a good size for their location. Everyone enjoyed their food and was full by the end of dinner. A little more wine in the chicken Marsala sauce and a little longer in the oven for the spinach calzone to make sure it’s hot all the way through. The Angel hair pasta with mushroom sauce was tasty. Good service and friendly staff.

Hidden gem! This is the kind of place that goes from a locals favorite to an all times favorite! Quality ingredients, quality food, nice atmosphere. It’s like top cooks from Carrabba’s, Olive Garden made their own little restaurant. Really good!!!

So much better than fast food. It was so nice to find a small easy place to take our 4 year old and have a great sit-down meal without worrying if we were going to bother everyone in the restaurant. The food was good. The guys working the counter were young guys with great service and super personalities. It was a great find! We will be there again!
