I have been coming to this small restaurant for years and the food has ALWAYS been really good, authentic Italian food. I can’t relate to the negative reviews, always had a great experience. During season they get very busy , therefore things slow down naturally, but it happens everywhere not just here. Prices are affordable ( not that it matters to me) all I can say, the food is very good!!

What happened to this place? They used to be great but they have been getting worse as time goes on. I picked up my order and was missing a few things even though i confirmed with the person at the register that everything was all there. By his dazed look i should have checked myself but i felt rushed. I called up to let them know and get a refund and the lady tells me i have to call customer service because they “discourage online orders” and cannot refund them.. i asked for the number and was told to google. Their box advertises “order online” so im not sure how they discouraged it. I try to find some sort of number and there isnt even an area to find the number. Extremely disappointed. Seems like its ran by incompetent kids from dazed and confused.

There was only one other table with people in the restaurant, yet the service was extremely slow. I had to wave down the waitress for a drink refill and to order dessert. The pizza lunch specials was warmed up cheese pizza with topping thrown on top (not cooked in). I could have heated it up better in my air fryer. My grandsons and I will not be back.

We went there with my three grandchildren all under age 6, and they were very gracious and nice, Accommodating our needs being that we had such small children with us. We had a plain spaghetti with cheese for the kids for what they love. Our dinner entree was the chicken Parmesan , the chicken was so tender and delicious and it was a very big piece. We will be back.!

I can say I have only had a positive experience the many times I’ve ordered here. I order out so I have no opinion on how the wait staff operates but Sal’s has the best pizza I’ve had since moving to Florida from NYC. Often, I am disappointed in the pizza places that advertise themselves as “NY Style” but Sal’s is the exception. Thanks for quality pizza and great customer service!

This place used to be good but wow has it gone down. This is my experience with my last and final visit. We ordered an Italian sub…wrong sandwich was made. It took forever to get the correct one and then it was cold. The pizza, as you can see from the picture, was so over cooked, it was like biting into cardboard and trying to tear it apart. We ended up just eating the toppings because the waitress never came back to check on us or to refill drinks. Also, the pizza sauce has changed and it is so bland. So disappointed. We won’t be back. Sal if you are reading this…you need to go back to NY to take a refresher course.

It was by accident we came to Sal’s on Mother’s Day. The food (ample) and atmosphere were very nice. We also Shared a lemon pie. If I were asked what improvement could be made? My response would be: Make meatballs all beef.

I would give no stars if I could. After being a long time customer, among other menu items, I ordered a family pack that comes with 2 salads. As you can see by the pictures, the “salads” ended up being a handful of bad lettuce. When I called the restaurant about it, I was transferred to a rude lady who was being instructed in the background by the owner (who supposedly was too busy to speak with me). To make a long conversation short, they ended up doing nothing about it despite me giving them several options from giving me credit for the salad for my next order to having 2 other salads delivered (since they wanted the bad salads back). According to them, they couldn’t give me credit because it was part of a family pack and they wouldn’t deliver because they were too busy. In short, they said they wouldn’t do anything about it and that we could either eat it as is or throw it out. Needless to say, I’m never going to order from them again.
