Ordered a pepperoni and sausage calzone, a pepperoni sausage, onion, and mushroom calzone, poppers, a can of soda, and a fountain soda: total just over $40. Pretty expensive lunch for two, though we did get more than one meal out of each calzone. The calzone were big and beautiful, but completely flabbergasted at the lack of meat for this price point. You can see just how little meat there is when cut right through the middle of the calzone. Plenty of Mozzarella, and ricotta. Great flavor there, but we didn’t order cheese calmncalzones, we ordered, and paid for two two-meat calzones. Plus, the marinara on the side was served cold, with the hot calzones. At this price, and with the lack of our ordered fillings, we probably won’t stop here again.

Recently ordered takeout. Opinions were split on the pizza but I thought it was excellent. Hot, generous toppings and a great crust. My wife wasn’t a fan of the sausage, but I enjoyed it. The chicken strips were great and the fries were good (would have been better had we eaten there). Overall a solid pizza place.

We were traveling and Sals Pizza came up during a Google search. We ordered for pick up. The food was hot and fresh! We decided to eat in the restaurant. Relaxed and clean. Staff was nice. The Sals Special Pizza was delicious! We will stop again when our travels bring us through next time!

The sauce and garlic knots are really tasty but I couldn’t help but be very disappointed with a place that has so much potential but has cheap toppings. Canned mushrooms, cheap Sysco frozen sausage and pepperoni. I’ve gotten the sals special two times and both times the pizza is runny because of the water from the canned mushrooms and frozen sausage. I has had a slice of plain pepperoni and it was really good because it wasn’t bogged down with cheap toppings that honestly ruined a great base for a pizza.

We’ve eaten there twice now and have been impressed both times! The first time my boyfriend and his dad got gyros and they were gone in seconds! I had a calzone that was delicious, but there was a type of cheese in it I couldn’t place a name to that I wasn’t a fan of so my boyfriend ate the rest (I have a weird taste, what can I say just thought I’d mention it in case anybody else is picky with cheese lol) this last time my boyfriend had a spinach calzone and added sausage to it and he said it was really good, I ordered a Hawaiian pizza and was NOT disappointed! This was seriously one of the best Hawaiian pizzas I’ve had in years! Every aspect was delicious – texture and crispiness of the dough, the ratio of sauce to cheese was somehow perfect, and they did not skimp on the toppings! Oh, and they used ham instead of Canadian bacon THAT’S where it’s at. I see no point in going anywhere else for pizza around here but Sal’s from now on!!!

The pizza that was ready for purchase by the slice you could absolutely tell was sitting out all day. Looked rubbery and unappealing. That was my point to going. So I passed on that. I got mozzarella sticks. Zero flavor. I honestly cant remember niw what my friend got but a few bites and tossed. Sandwich w bacon i know. Table we sat at was dirty and cheese all over the seats. I know I won’t return. I wasn’t impressed.

I recommend this place. Will come again. This Sals Pizza reminds me of Sals off Oakland in Milwaukee, which I like a lot. Me and my family were driving through and stopped in today. The spinach feta slice I tried with garlic sauce is delicious! I do wish they would of had a traditional Italian Margherita pizza slice though.

We ordered the gyros, and they are always really good. Asked for extra tomatoes and onions, and it was excellent and didn’t charge extra. Also, I asked for extra sauce on the side and didn’t charge for that either. Fries were a bit overdone, but normally, they are good and have a large portion.
