The menu is online but the cashier said “the prices are wrong. They could be a couple dollars more or less”. Attached is a picture of our pepperoni pizza. Just felt like there weren’t as many pepperonis as other pizza places.

After several burnt pizzas and after discussing it with Management. They could care less about giving edible pizza to thier customers. Go somewhere else for a pizza. Several really good pizza joints around here other than Sals. Do better Management!

Food was decent and would eat it again. However, thank goodness I read other reviews prior b/c someone saved me a miserable experience. The reviewer wasn’t kidding when they said check your order before leaving. The young lady working the counter took 3 tries to get it right. Check the order and you’ll have decent food for the area.

Ordered a pizza, they accidentally gave it away to another customer. Sal’s offered to quickly remake it or take the pizza that was left. We took the pizza the other customer left – and found our new favorite pizza! Thanks for making a bad situation so much better! Great service and great food.

Placed on order thru Uber eats that first was updated as delayed by over 30 minutes before never arriving. Called the store who claimed the order was delivered, that they were closed on couldn’t help me, and that I would need to take it up with Uber. Reached out to Uber who confirmed Sals handles their own deliveries and that I would have to take it up with the merchant. 2 hours and $30 later someone has been paid and I never received the order. Some of the worst customer service I’ve experienced.

The only reason I didn’t call to complain is because I don’t want them to make me food ever again. Ordered a sandwich, fries, and garlic knots. Everything came cold. The knots were tough little balls of dough because I can only assume they used old ingredients. The fries were not just cold but nearly all of them were brown. Not Golden brown, brown as in the potatoes aren’t fresh which when considering they don’t use fresh cut fries, really begs the question why they serve people old fries.

The cheese steak pizza has been our go-to for years. Always delicious…except for this time. Don’t know if it was the over-abundance of mushrooms, the inexplicable inclusion of tomato sauce along the edges or what, but this is the first time that I have not enjoyed the meal.
