it’s not my first time ordering, we like the food but it’s also not my first time dealing with the rude lady over the phone, she sounds like she hates her job and her life and gets mad at pretty much everyone. i simply asked if they could do a 6 piece wings, before i could finish the sentence she yelled asking in a rude tone saying “BONE IN BONELESS WHAT KIND” calm down. when she first picked up the phone she didn’t even bother to say anything but yell out pickup or delivery, she went on to ask for my name and when i spelled it out i could hear her in the background saying “whatever”, i asked if they did payments over the phone and she yelled out in a rude tone again, “NO WE DONT PICKUP OR DELIVERY”. i hope she gets fired, i hung up the phone and they lost a loyal customer, i wonder how many other people have hung up the phone due to her.

This guy needs to start hiring adults instead of kids because I called and ordered 2 pizzas, hot-wings with bone and breadsticks and mentioned several times please don’t mess up the order. I get the delivery and the pizza is meh, breadsticks were ok and I got hot chicken nuggets. It’s like these kids that are taking the order are doing it on purpose if you ask em to make sure the order is correct. If I’m gonna pay $60 for this food I better be getting what I ordered. Buffs Pizza tastes way better anyways. I ordered from Sals based on a recommendation and will never again.

I could really taste the care that they put into the food from how it’, prepared to how it’s made even down to how it makes it to the counter and the owner being there, says a lot, but you’ll only get a glimpse of him due to how he is working, side-by-side with his workers, thank you for the great meal you’ve won my business

There is this lady who makes the service very bad with her bad attitude. Sometimes due to the very high price I would say no I will not go there and sometimes I would say ok the food is not bad and the price doesn’t matter today so let’s just order. But when that rude lady comes with her disgusting attitude and rudeness that is not to be passed, ignore and/or handled. Sal sit with yourself and better your costumer service and lower your prices or else you are in big trouble. By the way, why do you always charge me more than my original charge. On top of your very expansive food you still steal me? Very disappointing. I hope you fix your problems and fire those rude lady’s or you should close your restaurant.

Sals pizza has great tasting pizza but horrible customer service from Anna who I spoke with on the phone. They delivered my pizza and messed up on my order, she was not helpful at all and very rude.

Ignore the other reviews on this one. It seems a lot of them complain about pricing and service. I had great service and paid $13 for a large cheese and pep, so it’s more affordable than places like Jets…. They make really good pizza!!! It’s out of my way to get either of the Sal’s locations, but it is good enough for me to justify going the distance.
