How were they able to keep up with just two people while they were so busy, especially with take out? We had a reasonable wait for our pizza and a young fellow, who wiped down our table, brought our pizza to us with paper plates. He did forget the napkins but gave us some while tending to other customers.

I made an order today and got the garlic knots and a 7″ pizza. The garlic knots had a horrible burnt smell and tasted burnt as well one bite and I was disgusted. I contacted sals pizza at 296 S Willow Street in Manchester, NH regarding my food issue as it says in my confirmation email to contact them with food issues I called them regarding my poorly made food and requested a refund. I was told by an employee that they can’t issue a refund that it is a doordash issue. I contacted doordash and was told that it is not a doordash issue it is the restaurants issue. I called again to sals and informed them of my frutration and confusion and of course was told “they don’t know what to do as it is a doordash issue”. I still haven’t received my refund and when doordash tried contacting this establishment you didn’t answer. I’m honestly upset with how as a customer I’m being told one thing from the restaurant and another thing from your delivery service. I don’t think doordash made the food that is YOUR problem as the restaurant. I just want my money back for the garlic knots that were poorly made.

Went in here to order food and it ended up taking 40 minutes. Wasn’t even peak lunch/dinner time as this was 3 PM. It would’ve been nice if one of the teenagers who worked there to tell me that a food order was going to take 40 minutes to cook (or at least a half hour) because I have time constraints with my job (where I only get a half hour lunch break) and some courtesy here to let me know that it was going to take awhile to cook my food would’ve been nice

You guys want an out of this world pie? Try a 19″ sals pie well done with any variety of toppings and you will certainly be impressed. Their name will never tarnish because they have a consistently quality product. When it comes to pizza, you get what you pay for. Sals uses the finest ingredients to make their pies so although it may be pricier, its well worth it. Bon a petit!

I was truly hoping for more from Sal’s. Very disappointed. Put an order in at 1pm for a 515pm pickup after work. Pizza tasted like it sat around for 4 hours. Not warm at all, crust was like cardboard. All 3 pizzas lacked flavor.

Never answer the phone and always rushing thru when they do. They often take the phone off the hook when they get buzy. Last night a month later we tried to call for 45 minutes phone still taken off the hook. When we arrived to place the order the man working said the same thing the female said last time we couldn’t get thru. ” Oh my bad I forgot ” I love their pizza but this will be my last problem with them and my last time ordering from this location.
