All we liked about our visit was the AC. I don’t know what happened. This place used to be good and things used to be fresh. The only thing that tasted fresh was the salsa. The chicken was flavorless and stale. The veggies were burnt. The chicken looked brown. This is the now the second time we went to salsa fresca and it was gross. I sent an email to the email provided when you write a review and NO ONE GETS BACK TO YOU!!! Its like no one cares. So don’t go here anymore we won’t be going.

A few weeks ago my son and I visited Salsa Fresca in order to try something different. We were pleasantly surprised with the options available to us, but more importantly, we were really satisfied with the service we received. The staff member noticed that we were new to Salsa Fresca so he showed great patience with us when it came time to look over the menu and ask any questions we may have. He also took the time to go over their loyalty program through the app. As for the food, just as good as the service. I can guarantee that we will definitely be back when the craving comes up.

I wish i could give this place 6 stars. I discovered salsa fresca about a year ago and i’ve gone at least 150 times in that year. I love all salsa locations but this one wipes every others. The staff are some of the most genuine and kind people in food service i have ever met. Probably after the 5th or 6th time being there they not only remember who I am, but also my order as well. They also go out of their way to ask genuine questions about customers and you can tell they really care. ALSO some might say even more importantly, they’re very generous on how they scoop. The food itself is AMAZING and you can’t find better healthy fast food. Eating it frequently has been a big help in me losing almost 30 pounds. I wish I could go to this salsa fresca every single day.

My wife placed an order by phone, and they said 30 minutes for pickup. I arrived, and the place was empty. I was the only one in the store, and the food was not ready. They began the order when I said I was here for pickup. I was patient and waited. What burns me is that the worker showed me how to use the iPad-like screen and told me about the tip process at checkout. Funny how there is no tip option in the first row but hidden in the CUSTOM in the lower right corner, and why do I have to compensate the workers with tips because the owner is not paying enough to his staff? Pay your workers a fair wage and remove the digital tip jar, this isn’t a restaurant, and you don’t even have delivery service.

I love this place! Aztec garden is my favorite dish and it is hearty, warm, and affordable vegan fare. Just make sure to let them know you’re concerned about cross contamination. Try will take ingredients from separate buckets and avoid the direct counter to protect you. Make sure to speak up if someone misses your instructions they might not be able to hear well if it is loud.

Such great food!! Workers are always kind and welcoming. Food is so tasty and filling but never leaves me feeling overly stuffed. I just wish they could give a little more than a spoonful of guacamole when I ask for it, since I am paying extra for it. Other than that, I love Salsa Fresca!
