Ordered a burrito and some nachos for my wife. The meat in the nachos was very grainy and did not taste good. Then in my burrito i asked for cilantro and instead of cutting up the cilantro leaves they put the whole branch. Made my burrito hard to chew. Kind of sucks cause the first 2 times we been here have been great.

I stopped to eat lunch today. I think to at is probably the rudest employee I have ever dealt with. The young lady at the counter was just plain hateful. She acted like she did not want to be there whatsoever. She asked me what I wanted. Never greeted me at all. She slapped my food down on the plate. I don’t know if there is new management or what. The last time I ate here, everyone was so friendly. All of those people are gone. They all were hateful and rude. This was one of my go tos when I went to Gastonia. I won’t eat here again.

My daughter has an extreme dairy allergy so we have a hard time when we go to restaurants finding something she can eat. I came in today and asked if they could make something dairy free, as well as change their gloves. James immediately washed his hands,changed his gloves, and made sure that no one else touched the food except him. It’s hard to ask people sometimes to make our food a certain way, so with James making it so easy, we will definitely be coming back.

I order through the drive thru. They can’t hear on the speaker and it seems as if they are rushing you. My order was wrong and the black girl who was pregnant was nonchalant and had an attitude because they was charging me for something I didn’t get and I asked her to remake it because it was wrong. They are very unprofessional and rude people there. They all need to go to a customer service training.

We are in town for a baseball tourney. No one would sit out whole team to eat. So I called here at 5pm not expecting them to put a catering order together last minute. They pulled through and fed the team with a taco bar. Customer service was incredible and I’ll never forget this place.

My fist time at this establishment. The first thing I noticed is that the place was not very clean. The initial employee we were confronted with was not very friendly. He seemed to be enduring his job instead of enjoying it. I got a combo bowl with chicken the food was fresh and tasty. I would go back because of the quality of the food.

The food and customer service is terrible. They have South Park mall area prices but low budget food. The lady messed up on my order and instead of making me another new order, they just dumped the burrito in a burrito bowl and put lettuce on it and serve it to me do not come to this place it’s disgusting. No wonder they never have any customers. I get it now.

Great food and great customer service. The staff was friendly and very accommodating. A guy (who I believe was the manager) even brought me more chips and salsa to my table outside!!! The pork is so good and I love all of the options that you can add onto your food. I had my tacos loaded with topping overflowing. The portions are very generous and I will definitely be back! Check the app for deals as well.

I will start off by saying that the inside was really clean and the staff was nice, but the food is so salty and bland. I think there is definitely better options for Mexican food but if you like salty food, this might be a good choice for you.

We ordered the steak bowls. It tasted like the food was heated up from yesterday. The restaurant was filthy, yet the workers were sitting in a booth sitting and chatting. The floors and table tops had crumbs and smears and not a single location looked remotely cleaned. It would appear the place is run by kids and the owners need to step it up and implement processes and procedures to avoid this. We will never come back to this location in Gastonia, NC, again.
