Be wary of this location. Regardless of the customer volume they act like they are the busiest restaurant around and focus on quantity over quality. One of the employees today spilled my nachos onto the counter and instead of re-doing the plat tried to pick it up and put it all back into the container. After correcting the issue I get back to my office to find that the bottom half of my nachos were nothing but liquid as they were moving too fast to let the ingredients drain before adding them to my nachos… yummy. Way to lose yet another customer Salsarita’s… it’s not like your location has been doing that well lately so very surprised you’re not more focused on customer service.

Per previous comments, foods good but they need to hire some people with decent manners and less attitude. Just ordered there and was served by the rudest person I’ve met during my three months in Charlotte. Barked at me, gave me a death stare and then handed out the smallest portions she could possibly get away with. I’ve seen people do hard time with much better attitude that this lady. Given the staff seem to hate the public so much, makes me question if they do anything to the food. Sadly will skip this place as a result and just head to Chipotle next time.

I had dinner here this evening. Restaurant was spotlessly clean. The soft tacos were delicious. Chips best i have ever had in any mexican establishment. The staff were extremely courteous and professional. My first time there and the staff behond the counter made some suggestions as to what most people get and helped me to make a decison as to what to order. I will definitely make this one of my regular local places to eat. Its casual and relaxiong as well inside. Very well managed and run.

Done with this location. Not only did they give me the wrong order…again…but they were incredibly rude to me when building my order. There wasn’t even a line, so I don’t know why they were rushing to the point of throwing toppings on that I didn’t ask for, and not letting me get the toppings I wanted because they just wanted to move me down the line. One guy argued with me that I shouldn’t get beans on my quesadilla bc it’d be too full, even tho I’ve done that a dozen times before and the world didn’t stop. And then they gave me food that wasn’t mine. I caught them once before, accidentally giving me the wrong food, and had to wait 10 mins for a re-make, but I didn’t check this last time because I was in a rush – and when I asked the person ‘regular chicken quesadilla?’ they said yes…as they handed me a small steak quesadilla. Their system sucks, which is why 2 of the 3 times I’ve been here, I got the wrong food!! It’s especially irritating when it’s cheaper than what you paid for and you don’t have time to go back and get it right.

Fast casual Burrito place like Chipotle etc. Riddled with obvious management and food issues. 8 people making food on the line and one person at the register creating a huge bottleneck. Soda fountain drip tray was overflowing and the location was right next to the register where people were already bunched up making it impossible to fill your drink. The canister labeled unsweetened tea was sweetened. Food is lacking flavor and architecture. Guacamole tastes like peas and the rest of the food is clearly over processed junk.

Delicious food, reasonably priced, and the lunch line moves fairly quickly. Overall, great service with one exception…the lady on the register either needs to atleast pretend to be happy and pleasant or get a job that’s not in customer service!

THIS PLACE IS NASTY! Food preparers kept wiping their gloved hands on their nasty aprons. The lady that wrapped the burrito was especially bad about it (her apron looked like it had a crust of filth) and instead of actually “wrapping” the burrito, she mangled and balled it up into a wad and used the foil to hold it together. Seriously, does anybody want to put a mangled, balled up burrito that has been prepared by people who have been wiping their hands constantly on some of the most nasty aprons you have ever seen, in their mouth??? I don’t. Walked out. This is typical for that place and that is why I hadn’t been there for the past 8 months since I walked out the last time…NASTY!!!
