Stopped in to try something new and also redeem my free birthday burrito from the app. Sunday afternoon around 11:30 and pretty quiet, there is ample space for seating and lots of it for when the crowd picks up. Hubby for a bowl to eat it said it was decent, I got the nachos and they were pretty good, they had a decent amount of topping to choose from, a nice drink machine with tons of choices, the sweet tea was pretty good and I really enjoyed the music they had on, my only complaint was it was like 50 degrees outside and the air was blasting inside so I tried to hurry and eat to get out and warm up!

I grew up going to this Salsarita’s and I have always had great service and have always thought highly of this place. Today on Mother’s Day I went in to get us tacos and there was only one worker who also happened to be a mother and she had a long line of online orders, had to get 2 catering events to get ready and there was also six people in line. We waited for 30 minutes in line as she worked on completing the online orders. I asked if there was someone else coming in to help her do the dishes has she had a huge stack. She responded that it is just her today working today. So I wished her a happy Mother’s Day, and I left as I didn’t feel like it was right to just leave one worker and a mother to have to fill 4 peoples orders.

I hate writing negative reviews on local businesses but hopefully this’ll make them better. This was my first time here and was excited to try it. When I got to my table, I saw that it was already dirty with crumbs and drink stains/smudges on the table. I ended up cleaning it myself. I did enjoy the tacos I order but the salsa was very bland compared to other places I’ve tried. But the real reason for the review was when I got up to leave, one of the staff members cleaned a table with napkins that was left behind from the other patron. After he scrubbed and wiped down that table with those napkins, he proceeded to the next table with those same napkins from the table. In all, he cleaned 3 tables with someone else’s napkins that were left behind. No cleaning solutions. No rags. Nothing. I know he realizes there’s a deadly pandemic going around and he just doesn’t care. People cautiously come out and visit these restaurants and it’s disheartening to see carelessness like this. Perhaps the owners aren’t doing a good job in training their staff but these actions have deadly consequences. I won’t be returning. I realize reviews like these hurt businesses; but I’d rather not have someone die because of these practices. Good luck and stay safe. Keep disinfectant wipes in your car and wash down your own tables so you know it’s clean. You gotta look out for your own health and safety.

This is an awesome place to eat with friends and family. It has a great atmosphere and the chips and cheese dip. I usually get three hard shell tacos with chips and cheese dip. They always have the best sweet tea.

We ordered catering for 90 people over the holidays and had the most wonderful experience from this Pelham Road location. Those the local manager as well as the district and regional manager helped us facilitate the catering order and they were so professional, camera gracious, and the food turned out perfectly. Catering delivery was exceptional. We can’t say enough. Great things about our experience with catering.

Was at the Greer location another customer posted about. The issue was all 3 Associates were filling call in orders. The gentleman that was irate did not start out that way, he asked if they were going to continue only working call in orders or alternate to service in house customers too. Associates responded that they were only going to do call ins. He asked for a manager and a guy came out from the back. The two began to argue and it escalated until the gentleman left. My wait was ~25mins and the lady in the front of the line had never been waited on. I had to leave to return to work. This location has done this before as well as opening several times a week now an hour late and a few times not opening at all.

Salsarita’s was an overall unpleasant experience for me. Although the food did taste fresh, the staff and overall layout of the place seemed poorly thought out and confusing. First, the menu is strange. Salsa is not included with the meal, so with two kids and a budget, it is impossible to get something we all want considering you have to buy each kind separate, I got stuck with mild, and they have weird combos that make no sense and left me stuck paying extra. Worst is, I went there based on an ad I saw claiming kids eat for $1.50 with purchase of an adult meal, yet they refused to honor it saying that it was made for a different location even after I showed it to them and confirmed it was for their address! The lids for cups are hard to find and not labeled and there were no paper towels in a relatively unclean bathroom. Not big things individually, but piled up becomes overwhelming when you’re watching kids.

I like Salsaritas, but our recent experience at this location was terrible!! Waited in line for over 20 minutes just to order, and there were only 8 or 10 people ahead. One of the employees literally pitched a tantrum – which was alarming, as we were waiting & watching from the line.
