We carry the flavors of Mexico together by featuring region-specific flavors in our unique menu. Dishes such as our Mole Poblano originated in the State of Puebla; Carnitas reflect the State of Michoacan; and Mole Verde from Oaxaca.
This ingenuity carries over into our extensive selection of handmade margaritas and cocktails.

The California burrito was large, but the chicken was only stuffed in on the ends of the burrito, not throughout the burrito! It was a little dry and not served with any salsa on top or anything to help with that. The chicken quesadilla was pretty good. Service was not attentive enough. Prices were fairly reasonable compared to some other Mexican restaurants. We will go back, but it’s not our go-to Mexican place.

Second location that I have been to the first being in Melbourne the atmosphere was awesome chips and salsa come free when you sit down and arrive at your table. I ordered the steak milanesa with a Modelo and it was absolutely delicious this place doesn’t disappoint.

I’m still struggling with the cost of eating out and selecting where I choose to dine more carefully. My wife suggested we dine at Salsas Cocina and off we went. The prices were a little high, Basically they are normal prices now. I had the 15.00 burrito and it was one of the best. The grilled chicken was great . If you don’t like salt, try a different protein. To me the chicken was just a little salty, I’m not a huge salt fan and it could just be me. My wife hab the skirt steak and it was cooked just right and this wasn’t on the salty side.

They give large portion of food. Food is season to perfection. Food arrived hot and on a timely manner. Drinks are large and has plenty of alcohol in it. Staff has always been friendly to me and my family. This place is a great place to eat out at.

Fernando was our waiter today. We both had the super burrito loco. Wow. It was fresh and downright delicious. Our waiter was very friendly. Mine had no burrito sauce, my husband had it with sauce. We did not finish it all.

I ordered the Carne Asada, and while it looked good it was tasteless. There was little to no seasoning and they tried to use sautéed onions to cover up that fact. They did cook it to a medium rare which was good.
