Salsitas has been owned and operated by the same family for over 28 years. The owners are strong supporters of our Law Enforcement community and US soldier as their children are either in law enforcement or served in the military. The food is made to order. It is not sitting around in steam table. So at busy hours it will take some time to get your food. Their meats are hand cut and seasoned here at the business. Tortillas are hand made. Quesadillas take about 15 minutes to make because they are deep fried. Please leave reviews and I will try to answer them.

3 stars because just like Google says; “It’s ok”. Didn’t taste magical like some of the other mexican places in Yakima and the cheese quesadilla was incredibly small. The one dish that was really tasty was the pollo sopa (chicken soup), although pricey, it was very flavorful. I’d go back again if I had a cold and wanted some soup, but I’ll find my fix for tacos and burritos somewhere else.

I came here when I was a lot younger, and the food experience blew my tiny mind. For years the spicy salsa lit my tongue on fire from the memory. Sadly, the name and the location of salsita was lost.
