My first visit of many more to come to Salt and Pepper Indian Cuisine was fantastic. The atmosphere is very nice. Modern and somewhat upscale design creates a very nice dining environment. The staff was friendly and attentive. Our dishes arrived quickly and were delicious. Every bite was flavorful. The meat was fork-tender and juicy. Even the rice contributed its own flavor and completed the dish. My only small gripe would be that the waitress seemed a little over-eager to move us along. Could have been just my feeling but I felt a little rushed. She cleared the dishes as soon as we emptied the serving bowls. She was back again for the plates as soon as we laid down our forks. I assumed she needed to flip her tables and maximize her tip potential so we played along, paying and leaving in a timely manner. That minor issue aside, the dining experience was positive and enjoyable.

This meal was incredible! The samosa chat and baby corns were unique to me. The bhindi masala and baingan bharta were very tasty and the garlic naan was way better than Trader Joe’s. Feels authentic. Our service was very good despite other reviews. I appreciate all the vegetarian options. Would recommend.

The only place in Triad to get authentic Pakistani food. While they have an extensive Indian menu, I highly recommend the Pakistani menu. The karahi, platter, and rohni naan are delicious. The karahi easily feeds 4 people. Platters are also available for takeout and great for parties. Unfortunately, they do not offer desserts that are made from scratch at the restaurant (but if you are looking, there are dessert places nearby).

Exceptional tasty food! We went in for the first time. Very easy to find with plenty of parking space. We ordered some food recommended by one of our friend and the quality started showing itself after having appetizer. Presentation was exceptionally good and were asked by the staff frequently if we needed anything. The green tea is a must after eating. Very family oriented environment. Would love to go back.
