Amazing! My fiancé and I have been living in the area for the past few months and have never came here before until tonight, for restaurant week! Not only was the food exceptionally delicious and beautifully plated, the service was some of the best service in the area! Highly recommend! Their food is rich, good portion sizes and allergy marked menu! We can’t wait to recommend it to anyone who comes to visit!

We dine at Salt frequently, and both the food and service are consistently excellent. On our last visit, however, we received service that was even better than we normally experience. A waiter that was not taking care of us noticed that my husband was missing a plate, and brought it right to him. And later, he also noticed that our drinks were empty and brought us another round. It’s this type of service that keeps us coming back! The entire staff works together to make sure everything is perfect, every time! PS, while you are there, try the seafood tower…. It’s my favorite on the island!

Food was incredible. Worth every dime. I got the bourbon maple bacon, truffle Mac and cheese, and creme brûlée. My mother got the oysters and ceviche. The oysters were delicious and very fresh. All outstanding. I’d like to call myself a creme brûlée connoisseur, and theirs was amazing. The servers were a bit forgetful, but still professional and kind. The dining area and hotel overall was absolutely beautiful. Highly recommend

One of the best meals I’ve had in my whole life. Everything was perfect from the drinks (lemon drop martini not sweet) to the apps to the dinners. Fish tasted SO fresh. All the staff was beyond friendly.

Went during COVID and all guidelines were adhered to. The service was superb and the food was amazing. We started with Grilled Octopus appetizer which the texture and flavors were perfect. For entrées we had the Halibut and the Scallops and shared a side of Brussel Sprouts … everything was mouth watering delicious. Their cocktails were equally as satisfying. The dessert choices were minimal but we were too full anyway. Can’t wait to go back.

What a wonderful restaurant week experience. From start to finish I received 5 star service. From the start, our hostesses were kind, friendly and efficient. Our waitress was on point with all the best recommendations and was always checking on us. I ordered the scallops for my meal and they were cooked to perfection! Scallops are my favorite and they did not disappoint. I also had a fantastic dessert with espresso on top. Overall an excellent experience!

If there was 6 stars, I would give it one more. Last night we had an event at Salt. The Director of the restaurant, Keith along with the lead server Laura and staff could not have been more attentive. We are a group of Local women, “The Jokers of Mahjong” who support our local restaurants. We had our Spring dinner and game night at Salt. Everyone raved about the food, service and atmosphere, their attention to details, patients with 60 women, was over the top. (and lets not even mention the beautiful sunset you arranged for us lol) We look forward to many years and events with Salt. I know I will now be a regular at Salt and the Hotel LBI. They have a wonderful happy hour at the bar in the lobby, with amazing food and a wonderful selection of wines. Thank you Keith and staff…
