Placed a to go order. When I arrived at the time they provided food was already cold. When I took it home (10 minutes away) it was already soggy and nearly inedible due to the texture. We ordered French dips. The portions were very slim for the pricing. Will not be trying again as the customer service was lacking as well.

Salt and Pepper in Spirit Lake, Idaho is truly a hidden gem. From the moment you step inside, the warm and inviting atmosphere envelops you. The menu boasts an array of mouthwatering dishes, but the standout is undoubtedly the fish and chips. Perfectly battered and fried to golden perfection, every bite is amazing. The service is exceptional, with staff always willing to go the extra mile to make your dining experience memorable. I cannot recommend Salt and Pepper enough, it’s a 5-star restaurant in every aspect. Don’t forget to try their homemade fry sauce.

We stumbled on this cute restaurant in Spirit Lake. We liked the sidewalk tables and flowers, but it was too hot to sit outside, so we went in and enjoyed the AC. The decor is a fun but tasteful, Western theme, lots of wood panelling. The lunch/dinner menu is simple and elegantly fits all on one page, but with enough choice for our family to each find something we liked. The menu offers standard American fare like chicken strips, burgers and beef dip, but also specialty dishes like the Lime Crema salad and home smoked pulled pork. Each night features a speciality dish and tonight was spaghetti with homemade meatballs.

GREAT RESTAURANT!!! The food, atmosphere and service were all excellent. I highly recommend. The prices are very competitive and worth it. The quality of food was amazing. We WILL be back soon. We brought home the french onion soup and it was just as great today. Go try, you will not be disappointed. It’s located on a cute street with parking in front.
