Off night, to say the least, A/C and POS system were not working.

Loved this place! We got the steak Lava Rock & it was not only a fun experience but also delicious. Also got the seafood dish & it was outstanding. Our waitress was incredibly knowledgeable and accommodating. Will definitely return.

Loved the experience of cooking your own steak, steak was good but my meal needed more variety of condiments example no steak sauces, no shrimp cocktail sauce and no honey mustard or bacon bits. I did enjoy the experience though.

I heard about them on Radio while I was driving one day about month ago and decided to give it a shot . When we went there and we saw that this restaurant is sandwiched between two different businesses in that complex and have less parking . The interior infrastructure is decent , not too much going on its pretty darn simple .

The waitress was beyond sweet, but other than that, the food was very average for the cost we spent. I ordered she chefs special Ribeye with White Cheddar Cavatapi. For my

We’ve been to Salt many times. Unfortunately, our most recent two trips were terrible. We had a so-so experience a couple of months ago, and decided that we’d wait awhile before we returned.

We went for our anniversary. The experience that inspired SALT is a great concept. The service was good. The location and atmosphere were definitely lacking. They had some booths put in, but right next to the bar and the bartender had the game blaring on the tv (for himself). There wasn’t any other folks dining there. When someone requests to dine in a booth it is usually for a little privacy. Maybe the booths should have been placed away from the bar. They had a decent wine selection. The cooking experience was fun. The waitress explained that the writing on the ‘salt’ containers was hard to read because it was a little ‘worn off’. Ewww. The ‘truffle fries’ offered with every meal (unless one chooses an upgraded side for a fee), were dressed up frozen steak fries. At a minimum of $35-$40+ a plate, I would expect a little more – a bit more upscale dining area, and homemade sides to be cooked from quality ingredients. I’m glad to read that they are getting a new location. Hopefully a better one. Best of luck to Y’all.

In terms of steak places (or just restaurants in general), I’d say this is the best one that my Dad and I went to. The waitress and overall service was absolutely amazing and we were given a rundown of the menu along with recommendations. In terms of the food, my Dad and I ordered the Wagyu steak. While expensive, it was incredibly delicious. What was neat about it was that we could “cook” it ourselves with a certain rock tablet. Along with that, we had several sauces to come with it and several types of salts. I never thought a certain type of salt can affect a steak’s taste by a lot, but it does. Overall, the place was a blast to go to for something different in the area.

I can’t say anything good about this restaurant, unfortunately. The night we went was just on a whim. I called ahead of time to ask about the wait time. Hostess said they could fit us in, but reservations were recommended. When we got there, there were maybe 10 people in the whole place. They were out of the domesticate beer we ordered on a Sat night. So we ordered one mixed drink and one water. Hostess explained how the lava cooking worked, but they also had things you could order that would be brought out fully cooked. She made a point to state, of course, that it will take longer for those choices to be brought out. After 15 minutes (not even the glass of water), we still hadn’t gotten our drinks. There was a table of 2, a table of maybe 6, that had their food already, my party of 2 and a guy sitting at the bar. We could see the bar from where we were sitting, and the mixed drink had not even been made yet. When the waitress came back to get our order, she confirmed the drink had not been made yet, nor did she bring the water to the table. I wish you guys the best of luck with your restaurant. I have seen lots of positive reviews from others, but my first experience with this place was a bust.
