Service was a bit slow at first but once Julio came to greet us the experience improved right away! He was friendly and attentive.

Checked in at Hilton- been sitting and waiting for the waiter for 20 mins (before 9pm) to take our orders.. after 30 mins the waiter came and said they are closed… he say he didn’t see us- we are sitting next to table he’s taking orders.. called the manager “Gary” but did not do anything just to say they are closed. I don’t know why is that hard to tell people waiting that they already close and yet- seeing the entire situation that they just got the other group orders. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel, I’m an Hilton honor member since 2014, never had bad experienced…I will never stay in this Hilton location!!!!

I don’t know how you can mess up oatmeal and sausage…. Like it was literally not edible. I don’t care if it’s good, i just eat food for fuel and wanted a pre work out breakfast but this was so repulsive. The oatmeal was like drinking a soup and i honestly don’t know if i’m going to get the stomach bug later or not from eating that sausage. I eat frozen sausage everyday for breakfast normally, and the frozen box or sausage is INFINITELY better than whatever the f!&$ i just tried consuming. I also tried Waves last night and got some fancy meal that was also just repulsive. Trust me, go ANYWHERE else that servers food. Go get that McGriddle, you’ll be much happier.

I ordered through Uber Eats. When the U E driver arrived to pick up my order, Salt was closed. No where did the show that they were closed on Wednesday. I spoke with one of Salt’s associates. Even though they were closed, she told me they could give me two items on my order. Why 2 if they were closed. When I received the 2 items, they were so small for the $$$$ they charged me. I will never order from them again. Expensive, minimal amounts, and really not that good. I recommend you take your business elsewhere!

I was staying at the Hilton Cocoa Beach and wanted to just get three plates to eat some food I got from someplace else. There was no one at the restaurant. I politely asked the waiter for three plates and thanked him respectively. For some reason, he didn’t hear me thank him and responded, “You’re welcome” in a very crude manner. I thanked him again, confused about why he became angry with me. But he got so offended that he started ranting to a nearby waitress about how I didn’t thank him. The waitress heard me thank him and tried explaining to him that I indeed did thank him. But he kept cussing and ranting to the waitress about my supposed impoliteness. I left the restaurant; I didn’t even eat at that restaurant and I was so disgusted about how that waiter cussed and behaved because of a simple mishearing. This experience ruined the entire rest of my day.

Had a fantastic dinner here. Best filet mignon I’ve ever had. It was priced well enough and delicious. Atmosphere and staff were fantastic as well. If I am ever back in the area, I am definitely stopping by again.

I really like this place me and my family stayed at the hotel for 3 days and went to it 2 times. For dinner and the breakfast buffet, the buffet was nice and organized and the dinner was not that long of a wait. Good place I wish I could come again!

Food was top notch, service was not. The bartender was definitely a victim of a mid-life crisis. 65 years old going on 22.
