Really modern and updated setting. I got the breakfast burrito and yes, they have Cholula. Also got the biscuits and gravy. That gravy is a wonderful creamy flavor. The biscuits were fluffy and the right crispy edges. Indoor and outdoor seating. Friendly staff. Clean bathrooms. Plenty of open parking in a shared lot. Would come back!

Nice location with small indoor seating and some outside tables. Good food. A unique take on a Breakfast Burrito with a spinach tortilla and aoli on the side. The açaí bowl was tasty, but a bit light on the toppings. Definitely worth a try.

Such a cute restaurant! The patio seating is really nice and it is shaded. I ordered the pork belly bao bun tacos for brunch and my husband ordered the salt box Sando. Both were excellent! I was really happy with the portion size as I didn’t feel too full leaving. We were in a time crunch and they served us really quickly! We were in and out within 40 min. We will definitely come back.

A spot I’ve frequented a good amount the past few months. Typically good standard of food and at times the food has been delicious but I won’t be going back for a while. The Pork belly’s BLT was neither pork belly’s or enough bacon to consider it a blt. More accurate would be an avacado lettuce tomato. The past couple times I feel it’s fallen off from when I was first going. It is genuinely a nice spot and I’m trying not to be too critical. I’ve recommended to people but for the price I expect a little bit more.

When I tell you that’s some of the BEST food I’ve had in Utah, I am not lying! We got the pork belly buns and Italian paninis. I could have eaten that 3 more times in one sitting. Immaculate, chefs kiss, 10/10 would literally eat it for every meal

Amazing food, amazing service, and amazing atmosphere!! The restaurant itself is aesthetically pleasing, with beautiful indoor and outdoor seating areas. Our server, Carson, was very nice and pleasant to talk to. Our food was brought out quickly, and the bottomless ice tea was awesome. It’s actually real tea, instead of overly sweet. We got crispy pork tacos and shrimp ramen. Both were fantastic! The shrimp was plump and juicy. The crispy pork has clean, simple flavors. The bun was so soft. All of the food that we got was fairly priced, as well. As I said, amazing food, amazing service, and amazing atmosphere! ❤️

We spent two nights in Park City and stopped at SALTBOX on our way back home. It was SO tasty and we loved the vibe. We chose to dine in and while the inside dining space is small, we (my husband and I and our 3 small daughters) sat comfortably at a 4 person table with a highchair next to us with at least 5 other couples/small groups but the outdoor patio is quite large. The service was quick and friendly! We got the breakfast burrito (one of the best I’ve had!), egg sandwich, a chocolate croissant and our girls shared a smoothie. We loved it all plus our girls kept stealing bites of our sandwich (the group favorite!). We will definitely be back!

Grab n go or stay to eat their yummy freshly prepared food! Service is super friendly and the place isn’t big so get there early. The crispy pork belly steamed buns was a surprise to see and DELICIOUS! My vegetarian friend loved her potato breakfast sandwich (instead of buns, it’s hash browns!) as well. Big selection of breakfast/ lunch fares- highly recommend!

This is a must visit if you’re in Park City! The food is amazing and the portions are plentiful. You will not be disappointed. We came here two mornings in a row because it was so good! The burrito is one of the best I’ve ever had. The staff is super friendly and the back patio vibes are chill. 10/10 recommend!

Quiet outdoor dining tucked away within Prospector Square. There was a live guitarist playing beautiful music – probably hired by the hotel next door but right by the outdoor dining. It was a really nice ambiance, definitely recommend for outdoor dining in July! Food was really delicious as well.
