When we arrived it was very busy. We waited on a table for 14 of us. Our waiter, Devin, did a wonderful job taking care of us all. He was very efficient with having such a large number of people. My first visit to this restaurant some other family members had ste there before. The food was okay. I felt they were a little stingy on the shrimp I ordered. My daughter had the deep fried asparagus that I tasted, and my suggestion is to just keep it regular. There is nothing outstanding or a special ambiance here. We were celebrating my sister’s birthday. Memories were made.

Mullet Lover!
We were staying at the Ceasars and I was excited about having steak so we walked down to Saltgrass steakhouse. We share our meals so we end up agreeing on the T bone steak with mashed potatoes and salads. They did have easy access for my wheelchair. I had plenty of room at the table and was not in anybody’s way. Our salads were good nothing fancy. When we received our T bone cooked medium. I started to cut around the bone and found that there was no bone going down the middle of the steak.

We had wanted to try Saltgrass for a while. But I kept on reading bad reviews. But we finally went in everything was so good. Our waiter Jim was amazing. We will be back again. The only problem we had was our sides were not hot they were lukewarm. But we will still be back. I didn’t get a picture of our appetizers. Sorry, but it was so good.

This was the worst experience I’ve had in a long time. I ordered the 10 ounce sirloin medium well. I was with two other people. It took a long time to get our food and the place was not overcrowded. However, my steak was well done. Since they asked me to cut into my steak to be sure it was like I liked it I told them it was well done and I ordered medium well. They took the steak back and cooked me another one. Meanwhile, the other two parties ate their food. And during this time, a supervisor came by and said he would check on my steak. He then came back a second time, and asked if I was still waiting on my steak which he could see I was. 45 minutes later I received my second steak. It too was well done, same as the first one. I cut one piece and took a small bite and it was very much over cooked and tough. The supervisor came to the table and removed my plate of food. They were not bothered in the least that we were there well over an hour and and half. I received no entrée during all this time. And they had the nerve to bill me for a glass of tea. They were not concerned that I didn’t have a meal to eat while the other parties in my group did. They were not concerned about my time spent there for nothing. They didn’t seem worried at all that their service was unsatisfactory. I felt like the waitress, supervisor, and manager should’ve been trying to correct the mistake. Instead, no one was concerned that I received no meal with the exception of one glass of tea. I would never recommend this place to anyone. And I certainly will not be visiting them again.

We were seated as soon as we walked in at lunch time. All of the food was good! The steak wasn’t the best I’ve had, but it was still decent. We took a slice of carrot cake home and it was seriously amazing! Probably the best I’ve ever had. Becca was our waitress and she was great! Overall, we enjoyed everything very much.
