SALT in the name Saltgrass is taken seriously here. My salmon was overcooked and tasted like a salt lick, and so did the onion rings. My sons broccoli was not cooked in the center. My daughters salmon salad was terrible, also salty and overcooked. Our waiter Trent and the atmosphere were the only nice things about this place.

We were set in the bar area. Other than a breeze of cold area when a large party left it was a great spot. Our server was on the spot and even with making drinks at the bar she still took good care of us. The only thing wrong was my steak wasn’t cooked to the correct way but that was fixed right away and it was overall a great experience and we will be back!

Had the shrimp duo (very bland not even lime to squeeze over the grilled). Fried shrimp was average for any place. The rice was really good. Also had the smothered chicken. Very tender the dish its self had alot going on though lots of onion and cilantro couldn’t taste the pablano the mac and cheese and salad had been great though. Over all cool little place with great service. Most likely will find other places in the future but like trying new things.

Made a reservation online and got right in. Went downhill from there. Salads came out and were not right (no big deal) ordered 2 steaks and salmon. One of the steaks was way undercooked but (still no big deal just ate it) but the salmon was cold in the middle, slimy, and raw. Could not find our waitress so another server who took the salmon and said he would get it fixed. 20 minutes later we still had not seen our server asked somebody else for the manager… when she arrived she said Oh that never happens, I will check on it and remove it from your ticket. 5 minutes later the salmon arrived at the table it was still cold and not cooked in the middle. We paid our bill and left. Customer service and food quality were definitely not good tonight.
