Normally the food from here is excellent but this time the order took over an hour to receive and they obviously need to temp the oil and/or change it due to fries and chicken being way overcooked and barely edible. They either need better time management with cooking food or a better shift manager. having ran multiple kitchens in my 13 year tenure in the food industry I would have never let that leave my kitchen looking like that no matter what!

Ordered fried calamari with cocktail sauce and fried mushrooms with blue cheese. Received both food items but no blue cheese and marinara sauce. Called and was told credit will be put onto my account.

The order was wrong. I asked for bakef beans and Mac salad and they came in the mini sauce containers. I ordered pepperoni pizza and it came just cheese and was cold. The last few orders I got from here has been horrible. Culver Road Salvatores quality of food has seriously declined. You will not keep customers like this.

Apple spice donuts were stale and messed up on the garlic bites so crunchy and extra salty. The one in Irondequiot is amazing so I ordered from here cus of the donuts I don’t think I’ll be making this my number one stop I’ll try the other donuts Delites might be better

I usually come here on work for break and the service always sucks. It takes 2 hours to order a calzone because “they had 14 sheet pizza” and only one oven. But that wasn’t communicated the three times I came to check on my food. Just to finally get it and it’s under cooked and made wrong. They bring me food back ask for the wrongly made food which is rude and hallarious and then still made my order wrong. I want my money back Salvatore and an apology. Also all other Salvatore does sheet pizza for 20 for the kids why are you the only ones that don’t? It’s because our school is too close? I’m confused. Nonetheless you lost a customer I will be driving to e ridge. Oh and ya donuts stal tbh

A family member of mine moved to the neighborhood near the Culver/Waring Rd store and we have ordered dinner from them a couple times. Both times were not a good experience. The first time we ordered steak sandwiches and the steak was so skimpy that all you could taste was the bread. Most recently, we ordered the twin thin European style pizzas. They were terrible. Not only were they barely warm, but they were so thin and soggy. There is nothing European about them. One of our dinner mates IS European and she agrees. The onion rings were really good, but the fries were greasy and limp. Needless to say we were very disappointed. Won’t be going there any longer.

First time I ever went to Salvatore’s at donut delights. Excellent pizza. A little pricey but you get what you pay for and it’s a good pizza for the price. Even the leftovers were good. Will definitely go back, and we’ll always recommend Salvatore’s pizzeria.
