Last week I ordered a large mild chicken Charlie with pepperoni (family favorite). The pizza was hardly had any blue cheese base which or buffalo sauce on the chicken, which in turn made the pizza taste dry. I called the store and spoke to the manager, MJ, he explained that since I added pepperoni, he only lightly saved the pizza so it would get too oily. I explained that that decision made the pizza dry. Like you were just eating cheese, bread, and chicken with no sauce. MJ offered to remake the pizza that night, but I was unable to come back out due to it being late and having a small child. He offered for me to still call in whenever I could to reorder. I called last night and MJ took it upon himself to remake the pizza and apologized for the last one. The remade pizza was delicious and saucy. MJ’s customer service and willingness to rectify the situation was top notch. Will be ordering again from this location.

I got a slice and wings combo, pizza was alright but was a little disappointed there was no option for dry rubs instead of sauces for the wings, but I ended up getting garlic Parm and it was very good. I just prefer dry rubs.

Terrible! Possibly the worst pizza I’ve ever had. It was delivered with the pizza folded on its self and smooshed in one side. Ordered a thin thin pepperoni and it was very greasy (not the good level of grease we expect from pepperoni pizza) and limp. The “thin” part was like a paper napkin. Terrible!! $9.95 pizza with delivery was $20.$$ but couldn’t deliver under $10 so added wings (they were better than the pizza) so $35 after tip – waste of money!

Ordered wings and I get there then I’m told “oops sorry he dropped the wrong kind of wings he’s making them now…” I’m wondering what was happening the whole time because it doesn’t take that long. So I had to wait additional time and I was over it at that point and cancelled. Drove home empty handed. … Should have gotten it when I ordered. Smh moving on now

My wife and I ordered wings, told 20 minutes. 30 minutes later we arrive to be told they made the wrong wings and just dropped ours to wait another 20 minutes. Smh. Shame on these store managers for allowing constant failures. Not the first time. Now we’re home with NO FOOD. GO TO Mark’s.

My boyfriend loved these saucy, meaty pizzas. I loved the big chunks of sausage, melty cheese and the birthday perks deal! The sauce isn’t bad but is more of a seasoned, thick sauce instead of light and sweet. Toppings were plentiful. Crust was tasty but a little undercooked for my preference.

Salvatore’s used to be one of my family’s favorite pizza places. But the quality of their food has gone WAY down hill. I can understand the increase in prices due to the pandemic. But if I’m paying $30 for a medium (aka small) pizza, I expect it to be cooked. At the bare minimum. The last few times I’ve ordered from them, the dough has not been cooked all the way through (even though I’ve asked for well done) and the amount of grease on the pizza is sickening. Needless to say, we wont be ordering from Salvatores anymore.

This location used to be my favorite place to order pizza and subs. I’m saddened that for the past few years, the food and customer service have been unpleasant. My husband ordered one of their garbage plates, there was hardly any food on the plate. He said it was the worst plate he has ever had. Onion ring and french fry orders are super slim. Subs are mostly bread and not much meat/toppings. I am super irritated that 9 times out of 10 my additional sides do not arrive with my order even though they are paid for. Prices have gone up but service and quality have gone down. Time to move on.

Save your money and go somewhere else. After two hours of waiting we finally had to cancel our order and ask for a refund. If this was the only time they had ever messed up it would be no big deal, but they have a history of overcooking pizza and rude staff. Take your money elsewhere and let them close the doors for good.
