One of the best dining experiences we have had in awhile. Greeted with friendly staff who sat us for our reservation a-little early which was great! The dining area is very very well lit and comfortable seating and spacing. Our server was super informative about the specials and let us have ample time to look at the menu. We started with the calamari and it was so light and crisp and a squeeze of lemon of top made the dish perfect! I ordered the chicken parmigiana and my husband ordered the lasagna. Both dishes came with a salad- we ordered with house balsamic dressing- delish and perfect amount on the salad not drenched. The chicken parm was huge! Will be having leftovers for the next two meals. Perfect red sauce and amount of noodles. Fresh parmigiana was offered and sprinkled on top. Lasagna had all the layers and adequate amount of cheese- husband devoured! Bread with oil/spices were brought to the table as well- warm and soft! Wrapped up our leftovers and gave us time to finish our drinks. Couldn’t even think about ordering desert even though it sounded fantastic, next time!l for sure! Loved our first visit and will be back soon!

We had dinner last night and it was excellent! This was our first visit, despite hearing people rave about how good it was. The staff was very hospitable and the food was DELICIOUS! We ordered the calamari and the meatballs for an appetizer, and for the entrees, we had lobster ravioli and the chicken marsala. I am looking forward to returning to try more of their yummy food.

Great experience sitting at the bar! I had the tagliatelle bolognese (came with bread and a side salad) and it was great paired with a Sangiovese. Portions are large so you’ll have leftovers. The chef came out multiple times to greet other guests who were clearly regulars and ask if I was doing well! I would definitely return when in the area.

Being from RI, moving to NC was a big step in life. Thing I miss the most is the fine dining back home. Good, italian food that you could get just about everywhere. That is what this place reminds me of. Only restaurant I’ve ate at after s year of living here that actually knows what Italian food is.

Best Italian around! Drove an hour and a half to come here and absolutely worth it. The nice lady at the front and checking on tables, which I think is the owner, is super friendly and kind. Our server Kevin was amazing, practically became our best friend by the end of the night. Price is great for everything you get: salad/soup, the BEST bread, and entree (which is enough for 2 or 3 people). It’s an absolute must!

Great food, great owners, they even make it fun for kids (draw on the table cloths!) while keeping the fine dining feel. One of the very few places we can take our kids and enjoy an “adult” meal. They seem to always have a ring pop for our kids when we leave too. We just love this neighborhood gem.
