I have lived in Knoxville for 8 years now. I can’t believe I I just found this place. This little dinner is Best kept secret.

Stopped here driving through Knoxville. Was a little off the highway, but it was totally worth a few extra minutes. The steak sandwich was fantastic on a steamed roll. Sometimes supporting local businesses is an easy choice to make, especially when their product is just better than chain restaurants. And Sam & Andy’s is better. But bring your cash, as they don’t take credit card.

This location became a meeting point for me and one of my brothers from the Marine Corps. I found myself all the way across the country and my friend just happened to move to Knoxville not too long ago and picked this spot to meet. Found this place to be very charming. Food was great and the service was fantastic, very intentive crew. You can tell that the community really likes this place because it seems like the same people come in here all the time everyone seems to know everybody which is a nice thing to see especially me being from a larger City. If I find myself back in Knoxville and I hope I do I will definitely come back to this place and try out more of their menu items, if you find yourself in Knoxville please give this place a try

This place is delicious! Classic american fare with a “you can’t make it at home taste”.

Great place with space to sit and enjoy a great meal. I had a mind to try the Vol Cheeseburger, but decided to try the very crispy and slightly spicy wings. Side of ranch for dipping and a good stack of French fries. I was very impressed with how well everything tasted, and their “eat first, pay last” statement is very true. Warning! Cash or check (really, people still pay with a check? Yep, they do), so bring a solid $20 for a great meal for one person. They do have an ATM, if you forget. I will DEFINITELY be back for a Vol CB and maybe try the onion wings too. C’est Bon!

This place is a Knoxville institution. Food is excellent, but bring cash or a check because they don’t take debit or credit cards. They do have an ATM inside, but it didn’t work with my debit card for some reason. Luckily, I had enough cash with me at the time.

While visiting Knoxville for work, this was a must visit restaurant based on recommendations. They were so right! The ribeye sandwich was fantastic! All if the other food was terrific as well. Totally loved the atmosphere. There was plenty of parking in the strip mall. If you are in the area, stop in.

You won’t find a better level of service with great food anywhere. Consistently a great place for a world famous VOL Burger!

We have never had a bad experience here. Food is fresh, guys behind the counter are fun, quick service! It’s hard to try new things because whatever you had last was so good here. These guys rock.
