Food was great! Service, not so much. The lady that served us was extremely rude. From the start she was not happy. I asked for a beer list and she just looked at me and said “we don’t have a list” and said nothing else. I had to ask what beer she did have because she just left it at that. My aunt asked for sweet tea and she said “we don’t have that” again with no other reply. My aunt asked for sugar with her tea and she said nothing and wrote it down with a frown. While she was setting food on the table, my uncle asked for another beer and she said “let me set the food down first”… I cannot express enough how rude this lady was at every point in the service. She only did what she had to in order to finish our table. I started to ask her if she had a problem with us, but I didn’t want to make dinner any more strange. All this ticked away at her tip, otherwise I would have left 30% as I usually do. The food is great. Go get pizza and wings and enjoy your dinner. If you meet this lady, kill her with kindness.

Food is top notch! Atmosphere is definitely laid back. Not crowded on a Sunday. Definitely someplace to visit especially if you are in the area for longer than a day.

Updated Review 3/1/21 WOW Talk about extremely Rude Service, the Server Brought our plates to us and slammed them down do hard some of my food slid off my plate and onto the table and she just kept moving not even giving me a chance to ask for extra ranch and napkins. 1 Starr Service!!!

I met my brother in law there for lunch. We arrived at 12 and were waited on. The couple ahead of us was served there food within 15 minutes. Two couples and three men came in and they were all served before us. We asked the waitress why??? We were now one hour and fifteen minutes I to waiting for our food as we saw those others served. She was the only waitress, and gave us a lame excuse. She said people don’t realize we have take out orders too! Even so we were finally served an hour and 25 minutes later after we arrived! All we ordered was a burger and fries for my brother in law and I ordered a chicken wrap with fries. We were very patient but really!!!

2nd time being here. As we entered, no one greets you. Nobody asks if they can help. Finally found where we were going. The food tables were set up so that when you got to the end, it was a dead end. No way out. To many tables and chairs in a small area. DJ was way too loud. Had to shout to my friends to even have a conversation. Only 2 positives: was the bar tender was hustling and very friendly. Also, the pizza was good but very greasy. I held it up to drain before eating it.

Good food and good service. Ravioli and steak was delicious two types of ravioli spinach and cheese salad was crisp and fresh . Fresh bread with butter and cinnamon butter great . Our whole group had something different and all raved about the food. Restaurant was clean and unique but a little noisy. The service was prompt and friendly

As always great food. We had a steak and cheese sandwich with dipping broth and fries. I had mild chicken wings cooked to perfection. Firm but not dried out. Four huge very loaded potatoes skins. So delicious with the bacon and melting cheese……two types of cheese. We did not notice a handicap entrance. Inside are step downs, so pay attention as you leave rooms. Super clean and lots of table clearance. Fast service and lovely waitress.

Have to be honest, I drove all the way from Euclid to get food from here. I placed a to go order cost of $100 when I walked in I was never greeted, the wait staff had a very rude attitude and the food portions were very small for the price! I went here because a good friend recommended this place, I was very disappointed in the service I received and not to even be thanked for my business. Will not return will not recommend.

It looks like a great place… But go for a beer and bar food but do not order steaks. i ordered Prime rib the first time it came out it you could feel how cold it was. I couldn’t even get the knife through the fat????? so i sent it back. after another ten minutes, it was still cold.
