Sat down here before a flight and had great company. The bartender at the time was training another. The one training was very nice. However, the one who was training her was a little rude to the lady next to me (The woman next to me was clearly of age, but not beyond her 40s and had a younger woman who got ID next to her, and she made a joke about that she did not get ID’d and the bartender was very rude about it)

Airport terminal food, always an adventure. Burgers were tasty, but pale white tatar tots are not appealing. Definitely needed more air time. The server warmed up after initial frigid reception. Would eat here again

It’s an airport restaurant. Food is double the price, but it wasn’t bad, it was average. (Range $14 to $20 for sandwich or appitizer) ( still limited menu like less than 8 total items to choose from) I felt really bad and sympathetic for the waitresses, only two were on shift. You can tell they are still under staffed and were having a bad day. Alot of the restaurants here at Cleveland airport are still closed.

Just paid $5.95 for the smallest order of fries in my life. I headed the lady come out of the back and mention a “split order” (of fries) so I’m wondering if the rude barmaid billed both of us for the same order of fries.

This is the worste Airport bar we have experienced to-date. The waitress and bar tender were too busy to notice us or the plethora of dirty tables. Customer Service and attitude was poor. when we finally got our first round of Drinks one of two were incorrect and of course when we ordered food their grill was “down” so it was chicken tenders and frys only. We attempted to order tenders but after 45 minutes it never showed up. At least the check was correct.,

Food is decent but decor is dated and seems like needs a good cleaning. Attempting to watch the Browns game and can’t see the tv through all of the pendant lights

Good for a quick bite, staff was very friendly and took care of us. Fries were not fresh but overall food was good.

This is one of the things I look forward to visiting when I have a flight out of CLE. A Bloody Mary and a quesadilla are a good preflight routine.

Ok listen, airports are busy and no one really expects a 5 star meal. But, please at least be clean. Tables were nasty! When the waitress came and took a wet rag and wiped out table off, it was soak and wet and then she placed the menu right on top of that! So you can imagine how yucky that was. I had a burger it was decent, tasted like a frozen patty to me. The plate had a huge crack in it and another was dirty. The staff seemed nice enough, but the establishment just got the basic stuff wrong-cleanliness. If you’re running an eatery and you come across a plate that is broken, it’s time to get new dishes- don’t dare serve somebody on that! Gross!
