Unfortunately I chose this place out of just being hungry and it being within a half a mile from my house it came dry with 2 lb of soggy fries with day-old oil it was 9:30 3:00 when I ordered it came quite fast no napkins no sauce no cheese scraps of chicken as you can see I’d call within minutes of opening the bag lucky for them they closed at 10:00 shop the message said they read my message shortly after 10:00 and they choose not to bother they wanted to rush home and get home early for the night I guess and that was my meal tell me if you think that was fair and if you’re going to order from them is that a decent chicken Palm North Providence?

If i could put 0 stars I would. Customer service is horrible, which i never knew due to ordering on door dash or this place would have never gotten my business. I placed an order and called 30 seconds later to change the size, they told me it couldn’t be changed. Ok. I show up, they told me they didn’t make the pizza because they didn’t think i would show up?? This was half hour to closing time so could be the reason why… employees were standing around doing nothing. Said there is no manager around until next week; maybe that’s the problem. do not recommend steak & cheese, cheese has weird after taste. would recommend chicken tenders, which is easy not to mess up. went from ordering 2-3 times a week to never again and will NOT be recommending to anyone again.

You mess up on an order no problem… we’re human and make mistakes… You claim “I don’t have any drivers” so I have to come pick it up… Your driver drove by the restaurant and by my house!!!!! Lying to customers will always come back to bite ya in the rear… Call it the way it is… ya didn’t want to send him out again BC YOU MESSED UP…

Do not waste your Money on this food. I have ordered here before and actually had positive experience. ..cant say that tonight .i usually dont like to leave bad reviews..but i am very disappointed in the service i received…This time I ordered a grilled chicken ceasar salad and a quesadilla..This is what the chicken looked like on my salad not only was it burnt but it was covered in barbecue sauce..not only do i hate barbecue sauce but since when does bbq sauce go on ceasar salad?I called back and the manager told me they do season their chicken with Barbecue sauce. I informed him that I was not aware that they use bbq sauce,bc otherwise I would have ordered something else. I asked to bring the food back to exchange for something else

Been ordering for the past 4 years and everything was always great. Until today, I ordered chicken wings to have it delivered and its not all chicken wings its just 2 wings and the rest is chicken tenders. I called the restaurant and explained and they did nothing to help. I just waisted my money for nothing, I am so disappointed.

So disappointed after starving for 2 hours in the hospital so i said let me order Sumthing close by Oo i should read the reviews first because fast was trash and tasted burnt even the doctor walked by and said they burned your food and laughing joking w me but only if he knew it taste burnt and the noddles were burnt and i literally got to wait to go home because $28 bucks $22 for a paste a soda smh

The most disgusting chicken cutlet sandwich I’ve ever had. The “chicken” was like rubber, mushed in a roll with mayo & pickles, like it just came out of a dumpster. Not sure if the guy who made it jumped up & down on it after he wrapped it up. He already had 2 strikes for no gloves & wiping his hands all over his shirt. I’d rather gnaw on my boot then eat that mess. One bite & in the garbage, threw $12 away.
