All of the staff was very friendly. I don’t care for ordering up front, then alcoholic beverages at the bar & finding a table. It was a beautiful day so we did sit outside. A part of the metal on the outside bar flew off & almost hit us. The classic burger was pretty good! Our fried mushrooms & onion rings were bland. Plus they weren’t warm. When something is deep fried, I expect to burn my mouth a little from the temperature.

It was my husband’s work Christmas party. I didn’t take pictures of my taco salad but it was awesome. I want a taco salad for lunch or dinner today. It was so much fun last night playing blackjack and left right center. They had a raffle with lots of prizes, money and ugly sweater contest. Thank you to Scott and Stephanie for a awesome Christmas party. The staff at Sammy’s was friendly, helpful and was top notch service.

Cute spot! Good little patio, live music, cute little indoor bar area. The ceviche was very good. Very relaxed atmosphere. Our new post hike hangout – we can also launch our kayaks n go for a paddle.

I loved our visit with family… I wasn’t impressed by the food. We didn’t get what we ordered and had things missing. I was really hoping for a better experience. If you like just hanging out at a bar on the lake though… I’d see it being a good place to go.

Not a fan of this place. The food was not the best. I had the chicken fajita salad but it was small for the price. The burgers looked dry. The fries was good and the chips and queso was also good.

We had a great date night at Sammy’s on the Lake! Kayaking out front first was fun, too. We had the street tacos, Borracho beans, and chips/salsa. All excellent and authentic!! We will be back and will bring our friends. Live music every Saturday, too!
