Still no improvement in food or service, but the prices have gone up! Had some truffle fries and a beer, only $24. Hopefully they’re using some of the $$ to fix the televisions that don’t work and upgrade the cable, which for some reason only one or two people can operate…

I was not happy with the service or the food at this restaurant/gambling hall. We stood at the entrance for some time before being seated.. our waitress disappeared for awhile before taking our order.. our food didn’t take that long to get to our table but the food was extremely bland. The exception was the “waygu” burger.. that was tasty. But even so, the burger was $20 and my short rib plate was $18.. total rip off. A BLT was the same price as the short rib plate. If you look at their menu online, you won’t find any prices. There’s a reason for that. Overpriced, bland food being served poorly. Save your money.

The service sucked but I think it was me. Corbin, the bartender seemed to avoid me. I watched two people next to me order after me and received their food before me. I ordered a margarita pizza that was soggy in the middle and no flavor I sent back..it was disgusting…I’ve had it many times. The gentleman next to shared his cheese pizza with me that was full of flavor and cook correctly.

Ordered the wagyu beef burger medium rare. Half of it came out still mooing. It wasn’t even charred or cooked on the outside. I pulled out some of the rare, uncooked meat. Meat has to be pretty raw for me not to eat it, but this was raaaaw. The bartender saw the uncooked meat that I pulled out and commented about it, but she did nothing about it. I was starving so I ate what I could but left the uncooked meat on the plate. Nobody did anything about it and they charged me for the burger and beer. Don’t order anything medium rare there and expect it cooked.

Service was friendly and attentive, not quick, but we weren’t in a hurry and were allowed to comfortably visit while eating. Food was pleasing and flavorful. So far, everything we’ve tried on their menu has been delicious. They do offer a full menu late night (in case breakfast is desired).

Always love the duck tacos here but today my wife and I came for lunch and witnessed the most ridiculous thing from the person who was making food. It is an open kitchen/prep area so you look directly at the people making the food. Right after we started eating our meal, which took 40 minutes to make for a salad and a pizza, an employee started working in the food area making food and in less then 5 minutes he scratched his beard with both hands and then went instantly back to handling food, he took his hat off or touched the bill of it and moved it around at least 8-10 times and then scratched and picked his nose. This was all in full view of us, he had no gloves on at anytime or washed hands after any of these occurrences. All the waitress could say was “oh I’m sorry” before almost running and hiding in the back. Thanks for the horrible experience and unfortunately we will not be back and definitely wont recommend here anymore either
