Normally amazing service when I visit here. Unfortunately, there was an employee i had not seen before and my order wasn’t handled properly. No mayo, no lettuce, arrived mayo on top and bottom buns, and lettuce. I’ll still go back, but I will definitely be more explicit in my ordering.

My first time here. Had the bacon and blue. It was really good but I think I misunderstood what a smash burger is. I thought it was when they smashed the burger onto paper thin sliced onions on the grill which caramelized them into the meat. I thought that was sort of the whole “thing” behind the concept of a smash burger but I guess I was wrong. Either way, it was still really good. And the fries seemed to have some seasoning on them which I thought was strange. It was subtle, I couldn’t make out what it was, but I would have preferred just a little salt instead.

The burger patties themselves were amazing and well seasoned. The bun, tasted good, but is a lot of bread paired with the style of burger. The amount of bacon was well, I wasn’t able to get bacon in every bite, even half of the burger honestly. The amount of bleu cheese was barely there, but my hubby ordered a cheese burger with bacon and had more unwanted bleu cheese than I got in my ordered bleu cheese burger. The burger was very dry, but adding a little side of smash sauce helped. The Cajun fries were good, but very small quantity of them. Good intentions, and like I said the patties were great.

Just ordered a Classic Burger and a Mushroom Swiss Burger. Asked for extra pickles, extra onion and no mustard. Now this burger looked great and tasted good. But I had no pickles at all. 2 tiny pieces of onion, and the lettuce was extremely wilted. No crunchyness. Even though the flavors were great with the beef, it was a deal breaker for me. He repeated it twice and why it came that way… and we tipped good. Very disappointed!! Got home to finish burger with a pickle.

Took them 15minutes to make the wrong order, and the guy struggled to refund my card. In the end I’ve paid $4 for a 12oz can of coke. Don’t waste your time/money, go to any of the other carts there instead.
