This restaurant is very clean, and bright and beautifully decorated. The service is excellent everyone from hostess to servers to busboys are very helpful and prompt. The food is delicious, and the variety they have is amazing. They have a large variety of crepes which I personally love.

Food is ok. I’ve been here for both breakfast and dinner now. I’d say the breakfast is about on par with iHop. Some of the food was really oily. Dinner was also just ok. The chicken club had very little chicken in it and it was very bland. The pork chop dinner wasn’t too great either. Gravy was almost a gelatin, I’m pretty sure it was made in the microwave. Only one other table was seated while we were there and it still took a while to get the food. The server was very nice and it was clean inside though.

We have enjoyed Sammy’s several times. It’s a great diner type iconic place.. wait staff is always great. This time I found something resembling a hair in my butter. They apologized and gave a slight discount. Things happen.

i’ve had this place saved for a while and we were finally able to visit and let me tell you that it was delicious! i ordered the “famous” chicken and waffles and you could tell the fried chicken was fried fresh which gave it this crunch, it was top of the line. the sauce that came with it was also good but i wish i had gotten a little more. the waffle was great as well. i’m planning to come back soon and order the exact same plate because i liked it that much.

We have been there three times all was good service and food however we went on a Wednesday afternoon it was busy our food was cold we had to return our meals twice and when we first sat down we had too wait 8 minutes for a waitress to just acknowledge us and another 5 minutes to bring our drinks. It was bad service. We are hesitant on returning. It’s sad because they usually have good service u can’t complain about the food it was good once its hot that is. My parents want to go back. However I don’t want to. I like the owner he was so nice.

They were so accommodating for my party of 9. The owner walks around making sure everyone is happy and helps the staff. The atmosphere is friendly and welcoming. The food is wonderful! Great selection for everyone’s taste. Loved the Mimosas!
