Well this is my second time at Sammy’s but different location. The gentleman that helped me was very friendly and awesome. I left him a good tip not for the food but for his service. I got my order to go and I was not that impressed with the shrimp salad you only get four pieces of shrimp with the tail on. The apple pizza pie if I would have known it was that big I would have not ordered it and several pieces had burnt I mean burnt edges. The caramel sauce should have been put in a separate container because it was all over the box and underneath the pizza I ate one bite and I was not even impressed and I threw that whole thing away and feel like it was such a waste of money.

My family’s first and last time going to this restaurant. We sat outside and it was decorated well. We waited about 5 minutes before anyone came to take our drink order. Then it was 10 minutes before the drinks came. Then another 10 minutes before our server came to take our order. Strangely, each of our 5 orders were brought out to us individually with 10 minutes between the first and last orders. We asked for more water and it took nearly 10 minutes for that. Then we said we were ready for the check and it took a long time for that to come. The food was decent, but the service was absolutely horrible. And they add a 4% surcharge! We won’t be returning.

I door dashed a sm/balsamic chicken salad with an Italian spicy sausage pizza. The salad was ridiculously small with half of a chicken breast for $19.80 pizza is a one person size pizza ordered for 21.45. DoorDash dropped it off with no forks or napkins. Called the store directly to ask if they got my order wrong due to the price and the size of salad I was informed that you actually have to mark on a box whether you want utensils, or a napkin ridiculous. I will never order from Sammy ever again. The quality of food the size of the food portions are way out of balance compared to the price. Not worth that high cost.

Food was phenomenal, but the prices, my goodness!! $14 for 6 wings!? $14 for 4 pork dumplings!!? Again, the food tastes great, they’re pleasant workers and very serviceable and there’s a great atmosphere, but the prices are just outrageous.
