Went in after reading a lot of positive reviews and was not disappointed. As I was there during non lunch/dinner hours , just ended up ordering what they are most famous for and have their name – samosas and samosa chaat.

I loved their food. We got the combo plate and the price is very reasonable for how much food we were able to try! The restaurant is very cute and the staff was very nice. I’m happy that we chose this place for our lunch.

If you’re looking for quick, easy Indian food then this is the place to go! I have tried their Samosa House east location before and interestingly preferred the quality of the food here. I ordered a combination plate with white rice, garlic naan, and Malai Paneer, Malai Kofta, and Chana. The Malai Kofta was excellent, Malai Paneer was good and well flavored as expected, but I was a little underwhelmed by the Chana (which was almost a bit bitter). The plate comes with a lot of food, almost enough for 2 meals for me. Parking around here can be tough to find but there are meters along the main street or neighborhood during the day.

Nice place on the street with corner view. Good food and atmosphere. You get all type of indian food, chats north and south indian cuisines and various combos… try dosas and chole bhature…

Unauthentic, so stay away if you are familiar with ‘good’ indian food. Ordered through Uber Eats and was surprised at the poor prep for a repeat order.

As two vegetarian college students, me and my boyfriend love you all so much! <3 It takes roughly $20 to feed both of us and to have some leftovers for tomorrow, which for LA and vegetarian (and tasty) is hard to find! We usually get two garlic naan (if you aren't getting the garlic naan what are you even doing?) some Malai Kofta and Veggie Chicken! I think for three months straight I was begging my Bf to go there for dins, so much so that it's pretty predictable what we get . HOWEVER as someone who likes my food to stay the same, the veggie chicken 8 months ago was so tasty and my favorite version so far. Though recently for whatever reason the chicken has changed pretty much everytime we go. The older version felt hand made and was so flavorful in the "chicken" bits in a way that elevated the entire dish. Recently the chicken has been similar to just chunks of tofu that has been marinated (still good, but the original was just ). This night though was either just a chicken nugget or was just so close to being one that if you served just the chicken bits with some Mac and cheese I couldn't tell the difference between them and an actual nugget. I will still be ordering the same dish, I just miss the 8 months ago chicken bits. I still love you samosa house but like every good relationship let's work to better both of us! See you the next time my boyfriend caves and Lets us get you! big hugs and love you

The service is always very friendly and the food has always been a favorite of mine. But I took off a star because it seems like they changed their veggie chicken recipe. The old version was so much better! maybe it was the change of shape that threw me off or the texture difference, but I didn’t enjoy it this time. The old version was less chewy, more chicken-like, and tasted better. Bring it back! Still love this place and still would come back

What a great shot for Indian food. The food is delicious and very reasonably priced. I also liked the atmosphere. Will definitely stop here again when I’m hungry in Santa Monica.

Visited because a friend gave it high praise, and it did not disappoint! Food was fresh and delicious (they make their naan right in front of you!)!
