We had Beef chow fund with gravy, chef’s special seafood fried rice, general hot TSO Chicken and Singapore-style noodles ( too much turmeric). Large portion and food was great. We order for delivery and Food didn’t come with any silverware so I called back and the guy that took my order was very nice. Make sure when u call for a delivery u asked for silverware and any sauces u want.

I tried this place when I went vacationing, and have been coming back ever since. The staff are very friendly and kind, and their food is top notch quality and very delicious. Loved the shrimp fried rice, beef with mixed veggies, general TSO chicken and sweet and sour chicken, although everything is very yummy. Would go back next time, 10/10 would recommend.

I placed an order or shrimp fried rice and General Tso’s Chicken after I got off work today. It takes me about 10 minutes or so from there to my house. I get home and I opened the bag and found the wrong chicken order. I called them back and tell the young lady that is taking the orders, about the error that was made, so she sighs and says to me that I placed the wrong order. So, she tells me to bring the food back and that she will give me the correct order. Needless to says, the General Tso’s Chicken was warm and hard, nothing like it used to be. The shrimp fried rice was ok( they serve a lot). I don’t think I’ll be eating from there again. No apologies for the error either. Sampan used to be our family favorite place to order from, not anymore.

Disgusting! they use to be decent but this place going downhill with no brakes. They just need to give it up at this point. Entire order was gross! the chicken wings and mambo sauce trash..fries were soggy and chicken tasted terrible it was not edible, the crispy sesame beef was like chewing on a soggy bootyhole i would give 0 stars if I could..DO NOT EAT HERE !! Avoid like the plague

Customer service has worsened over the years!! My family and I used to order here all the time, but lately the customer service standards have lowered. Ordered an hour before closing time(live about 5 minutes away) and 10 minutes after the delivery time I called the restaurant for an update, only to be told they’ll check on our order and “call me back”, they never did. Thankfully, someone eventually took the dog out and found the food just sitting on the ground. No knock, no call, nothing. Even worse, an item was missing. I decided to call the next day as this was a bit ridiculous considering everything, only to be non stop questioned and told “the item was in the bag, just watched the security video, it was in the bag”. Unless the delivery driver is stealing food, it wasn’t in the bag. Trying to request a refund for the missing item, I was just cut off and told to come pick up the missing item, which I did. But the whole experience left a bad taste, and unfortunately, we were trying to introduce around 10 people to this place, since we used to love it so much. I doubt they’ll be trying it again.

Sad day Ive been eating Sampan since the early 90s and never had a bad meal over the last few years I kept ordering from here whelp cause its all ive ever eaten. The food is horrible they charge 2. Xtra dillars for fried rice no peas no carrots taste like brown rice thrown in the microwave the food has no flavor at all to go from what it was to this stuff they delivered it honestly sad its all in the trash im not eating it. Spent 60. Dollars and its trash and the last time I oder from Here. Eww

Did not enjoy the food. Ordered General Tso’s chicken. Wayyy over cooked and crispy. Same goes for the crab rangoons. This has to be the worst version of grab rangoons I’ve ever had. I understand that they are fried but you could only taste the oil. Also the vegetable lo mein was bland. Will not be going here again.
