A hidden gem that we stumbled into but what a treat! First the place is small but feels bigger. Second a very comfortable feeling between the owner a a widely varied community. Third and most important the food, the value and the quality. The place is very well maintained and it serves a lot of takeout to locals. My platter was extremely well proportioned and the onion rings were as good as any I have had in much more expensive places. A tasty fish filet and 10 large shrimp fried to perfection $10 INCLUDING drink. I had fresh ice tea. Mostly counter service but the owner delivered our food with a secret seafood sauce he related to his grandmother. In St. Petersburg you could spend a lot more but why? Fried Shrimp

Audrey was amazing, as soon as I walked in Audrey made me feel like I was at home! I was greeted with a warm welcome, Audrey even helped me choose what I wanted to eat because this was my first time here! I ordered my food to go but ended up staying because Audrey! They have so many options and the price’s are amazing too, I definitely recommend this spot!

I visited from Kentucky to go to my daughter’s wedding, and looked up soul food near me. Sam’s came up and I noticed that they had gizzards, livers, shrimp, cake, real seasoned sides, ect, so I tried it. EVERYTHING IS FABULOUS!! I’m picky and it was cheap so I tried quite a few things, gizzards and livers, perfect!!!, carrot cake, delicious, shrimp fabulous!!! I ate there the next 4 days and everything was amazing! The beautiful manager lady was so sweet, the man there was a wonderful welcoming person, + I think he was an owner. Thank you for the feeling of home with good food, and good people!! I will definitely be going back next time that I come!!

It was a great late night snack especially when we had Hurricane Idalia coming through our area, these brave people were still cooking and preparing food for in store customers and online orders. The original gyro and fries were delicious and also the homemade burger, I also had a side order of chicken gizzards which were cooked to perfection. Will be visiting this establishment again in the future for great comfort food, as I mentioned you can call ahead, through DoorDash or Uber eats also they have in store dining!

You used to be my favorite place to deliver from. Love the food but of late the service has hit a record low. With the tempature in the triple digits your guy with the beard couldn’t spare a cup of ice for a delivery person. Even McDonald’s offers a free drink to drivers delivering food.

These are the best gyros in the St. Pete area. They always have a good amount of meat and taziki sauce. The onions and tomatoes on the gyro always balance it out too. It’s worth getting the combo if you’re in the mood for fries, they season theirs very well. Try the boom boom sauce if you want an extra spicy kick! You can sit in the inside if you want, it’s very unassuming and the staff is always friendly and helpful.
