Had a little mess up/ mistake on my order the day before and when I called for it today, the manager that’s was on the 3pm shift, was amazing. She made me the best sandwich/ calzone I have ever had. I wish I got her name. I recommend this place for sure, especially when she’s making it!! She did AMAZING! Woman needs a raise!!

Bread was dry, not the same Sam’s that I grew up with. $2 for extra pickles (4 slices of pickles), pricing them selves shut. The grocery store next door probably had fresher bread.

If I could give no stars I would! My mother and family went here and the absolute worst service ever! They did not do any of the meals correctly. My mother asked for it to be corrected and all the girls were huffy and puffy laughing at my mother. My mom simply asked for there names and they told her and also had to add a comment saying the customer is not always right. My mother said I will be calling the manager. The girls said she won’t do nothing! They threatened to call the cops on my mom because she simply asked for there names and they were making fun of my mother. We will never be back here. I work in the restaurant industry and you would never catch me treating anyone like this unless I was being harmed or felt threatened. No honestly customers are not always right BUT they are a paying customer and just fix the problem so we have people come back! Super upset about this place !

Went there for lunch, very disappointed! The meatball sub is my usual “go-to” for a meal. Let’s just say that standards are WAY below from what they used to be. Portion was sparse, minimal sauce, and salty!! I still feel the effects almost eight hours after eating there. Sad to say that Sam’s is now off our places to eat.

Order took 20 minutes to make one sandwich, was missing 2 ingredients I asked for and they toasted my entire sandwich when I asked for them to only toast the bacon. Wasn’t pleasant eating warm letus and pickles. Also one of the workers was kind of snappy when talking to me. While I was eating a lady left without her food because the 10 minute wait she was promised exceeded 30 minutes.

I know we have inflation when I get a large meatball sub with only 2 meatballs quartered and put into a foot long roll and drowned in sauce. FYI I would rather pay double and get the sandwiches you served last year.

Ordered a meatball sub for takeout. It was like they brushed a little tiny bit of sauce on the roll and that’s it. Very dry. Daughter ordered a pepperoni pizza, it was so greasy she ended up throwing it away. I don’t know what happened to them as I used to go there and it was my favorite. I would not now go there. Was very disappointed.

Pizza, sandwiches and spaghetti meals to order. Dining room was clean. No mask required at the time of our visit. Prices are average. Pastry we purchased was low quality, not fresh tasting.

My family is a big fan of going to Sam’s. I’ve never been disappointed at any location. They have really good meatballs, the sandwiches are good and my favorite is the seafood calzone. The prices are great. You can call your order in ahead of time or just walk in. You also have the option of dining in or carrying out. Sam’s is our go to before the beach, lake, a hike. Also available are a variety of chips, a cooler of drinks as well as fountain drinks.
