First time I brought pizza from this place the pizza was burned on the bottom very dry. Tried giving it a second chance but it turned out the same. We spoke with Manager and he was very rude. If you want burned pizza then this is the place to go. The wings didn’t taste good either.

So here’s the thing – we love sams pizza and they would have gotten 5 stars for the pies but we have been ordering from them for awhile now (over a year to be exact) and I’ve always ordered the caprese salad- mind you it’s $7.99 it use to always come with tomatoes wrapped around the tin however the last few times it’s been getting skimpier and skimpier- so this time I specifically asked when I phoned order in had something changed and the girl reassured me she would make sure it was full and made correct- so when I got there and saw again I got like 4 tomatoes she asked the “salad maker” and she said the tomatoes are small- that still doesn’t explain why it’s like less then half of what I use to get – we are going to try some new spots around town if this is the experience and service we receive. Especially for $7.99!!

Wonderful food and great staff. I ordered delivery online. They had a problem with their online order printer. They called and informed us of the situation. They were friendly and professional. Even with issues. We still received our food with in the window they told us when we first ordered. The pizza, wings and garlic knots were great. We will be ordering again. We will recommend to everyone. Thank you for a great Friday night meal

My family has purchased from this pizza place on multiple occassions usually delivery. Have had good pizza and great soft garlic rolls but yesterday the pizzas were dry insipid and the garlic rolls past baked to the point that the oil and garlic were no where to be found. I personally take my last slice and pick up the left over garlic in the aluminum tray and enjoy. Yesterday was a disappointment dry over baked garlic bread, the pizzas had no flavor and dry as well. Think I will update my family members as well and take a step back for a while. Disappointed.

Had pizza came out perfect but think sprinkled thyme. Had again and was 100% way I wanted, asked for smaller crispy wings. Ended up calling to ask me if wanted bone less instead, said no explained, had good laugh and got free half dozen garlic knots upon delivery unexpectedly.

Sam’s New York Style definitely was quite good. It had the spices, the sauce was unique and tasted full with flavor. The mushrooms where standard, the pepperoni’s where good, the gree peppers and onions where fresh exploding with flavor. We had a discount for 25% off whole bill. Buch of kids working in there but they know how to make a pie.

I shared a picture of what my eggplant sub looked like, I am sure you will spot it. . 1st, I ordered the sub asking for the sauce on the side ONLY and the sauce was added on the sandwich and the whole thing was absolutely so soggy. . 2ncd, my sub had ricotta cheese on it , I thought that was odd , parmigiana is not ricotta , it should just be provolone or mozzarella. I am so disappointed as d still hungry

We are the salon next to Sam’s and we can honestly say they have the best White Pizza, Cheesesteaks and Fried Cauliflower you will ever find! We like everything they make but we all agree in our shop (voted actually.. lol) these are our favorites. Especially since most of us are from NY & PA when it’s comes to cheesteaks we know the best of them and Sam’s is the BEST we have found that compares greatly to our northern homes. Their staff is always super nice and the restaurant is always extremely clean and welcoming! Great place all around!

We have been ordering from Sam’s for years, but in the past few month’s they have really fallen. I called to complain last night about a large piece of burnt crust that was included with my pizza. It was not from my pizza, it was approx 3″ long and black. The “manager” told me that happens when we get busy, like it is totally acceptable. The last time it looked like my pizza had been in a wreck. It is sad they used to be good.
